Nancy, at the GT location, was very helpful. I thought I had paid extra for folding my print order - she was quick to help show me a trick on how to fold the cardstock quick and easy. She and I folded the prints together. What a gem!

Even though they were very busy, I was treated with respect and courtesy. The associate helped me create a beautiful bound booklet for my family. I'm going back to get more copies!

Office Depot is constantly sending out surveys for me to submit - probably because I’m constantly shopping at their stores. My shopping experience is usually pleasant, it’s a clean store, and they generally have what I’m looking for.

OD had what I needed; it was easy to find; store was clean and well organized; check-out was simple, fast, and easy; personnel was friendly and cheerful.

Cynthia in the copy Department is very diligent and professional. She is overwhelmed with projects but still gets the job done. She gets the stars though the department itself is understaffed. Hope they remedy the workload.

They had what I was looking for started to go to another location it was closed I popped in to Office Depot. They had what I was looking for and the lady at the counter was very helpful when I got ready to check out.

The Store Manager at the Georgetown store in the Wolf Ranch shopping center went above and beyond to help me order a hard to find toner for our office printer. His customer service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend using this store for your office needs.

I shopped there because Best Buy did not have what I needed and they suggested Office Depot. The service person seemed to know what I needed; a cable to connect my printer with my computer. She recommended a cable, which I purchased, and everything worked as it should. Good service, the correct part, and all is well. Next time I will try OD first.

The binding job was perfectly done, for much less than I'd anticipated, by a friendly employee.

I needed help printing a set of documents for a meeting. I was in a hurry, as usual. The store was obviously short-staffed at the time. I only saw one other employee who was at the checkout. Jet was so polite and courteous while he was rushing to help all of the customers. He helped me quickly and made sure everything was correct and satisfactory. It was a level of customer service that I rarely encounter these days. I will definitely return for other business needs.
