I made my appointment online, when I arrived Frances asked for my name exactly at time of my appointment.
She is such a nice person. Frances explained everything with a lot of patience even if I asked the same question 3 times. Thank you Frances! I liked the customer service really very much!

Fran was excellent and gave me the best service and had a great positive attitude. She helped me with my online banking and answered all my questions. I’m proud to be a member here at Velocity. She was the only one who spoke about a money market account and got me set up with it. I’ll be earning more interest because of her. Thank you Fran.

Christina Cabrera did an amazing job at helping set up an account. She even went as far as to help me get my mobile app set up since I was having issues with getting my info registered. Good location to stop by 👍🏼

LOVE this bank, and this branch! My husband's card was hacked, and we got an immediate fraud alert. So fast, in fact, that when they sent a copy of the charge, I was able to find the company in California that had run the card, tell them it was fraudulent, and they got their merchandise back. I also got our account credited back quickly. Friendly, professional staff make it a pleasure to do business there.

I entered the Southpark Meadows location with what I thought just needed to be a new card… it turned out it was a little more serious than that and I had to do everything under the sun cause of fraudulent charges! I needed to close my current account, open a new account, send fraudulent papers in and a couple of other things. I was a lil nervous cause I’ve never had to do so many things before, but it was for my safety. THANKFULLY I got the sweetest, nicest, most patient branch helper, Christina C! She helped me through EVERYTHING and left no stone unturned and made sure I had everything I needed done before I left! She never rushed through any of it and there were a couple of hiccups but she handled them with no problem….even though she did have a kind lady waiting for her next. She could’ve just been quick and hurried me out but she didn’t, she was really the nicest and made a situation to where I was a little nervous into a great experience! I definitely recommend her to anyone needing anything at the Southpark Meadows location! 🙂

Fran was wonderful. She was a huge help for us when my dad lost his debit card. We were dreading this trip, but our visit was surprisingly pleasant.

The Branch Manager Laura Alvarado went far beyond what would be considered great customer service. She helped me solve a difficult problem and checked in more than once to give me updates. I can't believe how nice she was in the entire process. Velocity is exactly what an Austin community bank should be.
