Liz Gonzalez has been our insurance advocate for over 10 years. I call her an advocate because she has always looked out for us and taken such good care of our insurance needs, even contacting us when we could get a better rate. There are very few people I feel confident referring to friends and family but Liz is the one of them and she provides honest, friendly and prompt service.

Great coverage, great price, great response! My family switched ouver and they were able to save us a ton of money and actually improve our coverage. I love having a personal agent that I can contact to help handle claims for me instead of calling an 800 number. My agent, Laura, is great!

I had an opportunity to visit your office last month. I met the owner, a pleasant and knowledgeable fellow. While I was there, I also had an opportunity to meet Laura, one of the nicest people I have ever met. While she was efficiently helping a gentleman with his insurance needs, she was interrupted by a call from what appeared to be an elderly woman with little knowledge of how insurance works. Not only was she versed in insurance issues, she was very kind and patient with this woman. For the first time in my life, I left an insurance office happier than when I went in. If you need insurance, this is the only company you should call.

I’ve been using this agency for over 4 years and have always received outstanding customer service. When I had a wreck, the representatives were very helpful. Liz personally called the insurance company and made sure I had a rental car available while my vehicle was getting repaired. After shopping around I came across this agency.
I was able to get better coverage and more affordable price . Customer service was great, I even told my parents to give them a call because they their staff is bilingual and they would take their time and set them up with something that they truly need.

Great service. Honest people who will work hard to get you the best deal...if they are not the best priced they will tell you. I have as many policies as I can with them and refer them as often as I can. Again...they work hard to make sure you are taken care of.
