Wonderful service and caring professional staff. I have been a customer for many years now and Dr. Michelle Williams DDS is a wonderful woman to work with to give back smiles that strengths self confidence boosts from missed mandatory needed dental work and care. She rebuilt my smile and gave the strength to share my smiles more often with my friends and coworkers and all people near and dear to me. Looking forward to visiting her office in either location very soon.

Our whole family has started seeing Dr. Williams, I love how she takes time with us all & works to address the root cause of any issues. Dr. Williams and Dina are amazing - we drive from NFW to see them, it’s worth it!

One of the best if not the best all-around dental experience as well as the worst experience.
The worst experience because of the "news" Dr. Williams had to deliver.
Otherwise, from the front to the back and through the exam I was very pleased. EVERYONE wanted to make sure I was doing OK and that they answered all my questions.
And they let me know they were going to call me and check up on me!

Michele is my dentist and it’s been a great experience working with her on my sleep apnea issues. I really had no idea my jaw and bite were so closely tied to sleep health but glad to be getting back on the right track. I’ve got less headaches now than I’ve had for almost 3 years which is a great blessing!

Dr. Williams and her staff greet you at the door with great customer service. Dr. Williams and her team are very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Williams will give you recommendations and suggestions for all of your well being and dental health. And they didn’t hurt me 😃. Amazing team

Dr Williams is a wonderful person and a excellent dentist. In the last several years, I’ve found myself feeling like my dentist/dentist office were always trying to sell me something or tell me I needed crowns on teeth that were not even bothering me. I was very disillusioned until I met Dr Williams. I have the utmost confidence in her and her work ethic. I am currently under her care for Invisalign. I am extremely happy and satisfied. The office staff are professional and very kind. The office is very efficiently run. My appointments are timely and easy. Never waited longer then 5-10 min. I highly recommend Dr Williams. She reminds me of my childhood dentist with only my dental health in mind. Thanks Dr Williams!

Dr. Williams is the best dentist I've ever had! The atmosphere in the office is very pleasing and comfortable. Dr. Williams assistant Shannon is wonderful. Dr. Williams is seriously the best dentist I've ever gone to! She is WONDERFUL and her office is so peaceful! There is never a wait and she makes me feel like I'm her only and most important patient while I'm there. I had a lot of fear of dentists and dental procedures, but not with Dr. Williams. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now!

Dr. Williams is such a kind and caring dentist! She really wants to help her patients and she will work with you and make sure you're comfortable and informed about what needs to be done! She will tell you what you NEED and not try to sale you what you don't! Shannon is awesome and very knowledgeable! I drive an hour to go see her. I only wish she was closer, but to get the care that she provides, I'll continue to drive! 😊

I must say that Dr. Michelle Williams is nothing less than excellent. She is responsible for my beautiful smile. :) After wearing braces for a couple of years, I was referred to her office for my front upper veneers. It was the most pleasant dental experience I’ve ever had. Every staff member was professional and genuinely caring, making me comfortable every step of the way. I’m not a fan of any type of dentistry, but I must say, I looked forward to my visits to her office. Dr. Michelle really knows her stuff. It has been approximately 10 years or more since she perfected my smile. I have not had one issue with the work she’s done. Every new dentist I’ve seen for routine work has complimented her work. The only complaint I have is that she moved to Texas. Too bad there’s no way to stream her dental services over the internet! LOL! Again, she is excellent!

Dr Williams has provided superb dental care for our whole family. From regular maintenance to Invisalign. We would literally follow her anywhere, her services are worth it! She is very professional and cares about your overall health.

Dr. Williams has been my dentist for over fifteen years and is very passionate about dentistry coupled with excellent knowledge and skill. She performed a root canal after I visited an Endodontist and her skill was far superior. I called her yesterday after cracking a tooth and she remembered, when I didn’t, that she had performed a root canal on the tooth without looking at any records. Amazing!!!

I highly recommend this dental facility, especially the dentist. Dr. Williams went above and beyond to make sure I recieved the best and appropriate care needed. My dental case was very complex. Even when I gave up on being pain free, she did not. Not to mention Shannon, the office manager, very good service. I have followed Dr. Williams from Denton, Texas.
PS. This is coming from someone who has serious phobia issues with dentist...yet not with Dr. Williams. Mansfield, you have been blessed with a great Dental team, so use them!
