Nice place to enjoy music from local bands.
Food was so so, but we didn't expect anything better.
Service is good. The ladies run all the time and take care of anything you need.
The band was very good, they play old music and sound good.

Best bar tenders ever Maddy goes beyond she is absolutely amazing. Mj and Damian are awesome as well. My favorite bar always friendly fun and your treated like family. And they got good food and most the time great bands on the weekends.

I walked in apprehensive. I went on a recommendation from my Dad. The food and atmosphere won me over. I don't remember the last time I had a burger this good that I didn't spend over 20 for. The quality of the food vs the price can't be beat. It was absolutely fantastic. I used to think my favorite bar burger was lucky 13 but they've been beat. I will absolutely be coming back. Amazing food and Damian did a freaking stellar job.

We love Barbary Coast! We live an hour north of its location but when we get down that way, we like to visit BC for lunch on Fridays- hate to let out the secret, but they have the best chili verde! Although, quite busy during the lunch hour, requiring a little patience to get served, the service is great!

It was my first time at the Barbary, service was great, liked the investment. Didn't try food so could not rate that category but for sure well try the food upon my next visit.

Loved it! Haven't been here for a while and decided to hit it up on a Thursday. The food was great the atmosphere was biker bar and the bartender was awesome

He made me feel he was taking care of me and was extra polite. The atmosphere was nice, not bad smells for a summer night. Music was enjoyable, next time I will try the food. Definitely I will come back for the food, billar pool and to take a picture with the “headless” statue.

Stopped In while traveling and was sucked in to the vortex of an awesome establishment. Great food anytime and live Rock bands on the weekend. MJ and the crew are great times and good people, even enjoyed Grandpa Nasty. I can't get "Pound that Pu$$y" out of my head MJ. Thanks for that memory Omen😁

Stopped for a burger based on good reviews and we were in the area. Instantly felt like home when we walked in. Baloo is one of the best bartenders and owners around. Super great guy that invited us in and gave us the run down of the place. There’s tons of history here and they are proud of all of it and the support they do for others is unparalleled. If you want cold beer and absolutely amazing food this is the place for you. Their burgers are the best!

Still a great bar with yummy food! Casual atmosphere and live music on the weekends.

Great food and bar tender! I go there to play pool and always fun, the tables are nice. They also have good live music.

I am no biker and not a big bar person so I was a little nervous. But the experience did not disappoint. I had the “full dresser” burger and tots…they were tasty and above average for SLC bar scene. Beer options were good as well. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all and it was nice to see some people not nurse their drinks and let loose. We caught a few minutes of live music and it certainly kicked things up a notch. Also have to give props to Cassandra for her great service. Will be back.

I was very impressed with the location and the inside, menu and drink options and especially the prices. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but inside it’s pretty cool. They have live music often and karaoke as well. The service was friendly yet be sure you aren’t too easily offended as they like to “raz” ya and joke around in good taste. I had fun and I can’t wait to go back for karaoke soon

Great environment, especially when a show is going on. However, it gets super packed for live show nights, so if you're a little claustrophobic, you might wanna sit that night out, but they would love to see you come and check it out. Service and food can get a tiny bit backed up when it's all packed like, this seems normal though! Enjoy the time you spend here I sure did.

Fun bar. Had a great time and they make a good Cadillac Margarita. Alsofound out about the pound that pu$$y behind the review of why we came there...lol You should make it a drink😂😂😂 great times

Amazingly greasy food! Some nights are better than others with the people that go.

Have been going to Barbary Coast for the last couple months, have found that their food is great and has kept me going back. I have almost walked out 2 times however due to the wait time. Waited 30 minutes from the time I walked in the door to the time the bartender took my order. On top of that, 75% of my tacos had different meat inside than what I ordered and charged me for rice and beans which I never received.
EDITED: talked with the owner and worked things out. Thank you Baloo for all you do! Will be coming back regularly, with friends :)

This place is amazing
Our first time there. The food was really amazing. The Mac and Cheese burger was so delicious. The frys tots and onion Rings were so good. Really good cold beer.

The service was great our server recommended a few things. He did not disappoint. We will be back

Great place to go and hang out good food and very nice and friendly people and great view while u drink a beer or play a game of pool

The food was good, inexpensive, and there were some vegetarian-friendly options. Their 2x pool tables were open/free and in good shape. The staff was friendly, accommodating and good natured. My limited and anecdotal experience with their other clientele was universally positive.
