This was my first time ever stepping foot in a plastic surgery/med spa office. I was greeted by Sabrina at the front who has been communicative from day 1. You can tell she goes above and beyond and is friendly! It’s very hard to find that now a days. I was then taken to the room by Marisol who had such an upbeat bubbly personality. She was so sweet and made me feel at ease. I’m new to Botox and Dr. Bishara was knowledgeable and informative at my appointment. He listened to my concerns and actually was so caring. I am so very happy I chose this office. You will not be disappointed. The staff there are rare to find. Thank you all for such a great experience!

I absolutely love Dr Bishara & his staff I travel 4 hours just because he is the best in the business He has magic hands when it comes to Botox & Fillers etc. I’m looking forward to doing a facelift with him in the near future. My last visit was for the Morpheus8 procedure with the Ipixil (face & neck) & I was originally supposed to be under anesthesia but could not do anesthesia due to a recent medical surgery. Before I walked thru the door I was very nervous abt this however Melanie & Marisol reassured me over the phone that I will be just fine Once I met Britt who was doing the actual procedure I was again at ease Everything went well Much better than I had expected The pain was tolerable (they have top of the line numbing cream) I am extremely happy with the results Britt did a excellent job I cannot thank them enough!!! 5 Stars across the board They are professional & compassionate Very beautiful & clean office at all times They are honest which is extremely important in today’s world of plastic surgery. Dr Bishara is also affiliated with Methodist hospital which is another 5 stars in my book. I recommend Paragon Dr Bishara & his staff to EVERYONE!!!! I would drive 10 hours if I had to!!! Ive never been disappointed in the 10 plus years I’ve been seeing him!!!!

Have had 5 laser tattoo removal treatments by Britt (Mansfield location) so far and she is just awesome! Her professionalism and knowledge of laser treatments make me feel confident in the care I receive from her. Sabrina, at the front desk, is always engaging and welcoming when I arrive and for my departure from my appointments.

I had abdominal liposuction a year ago w/Dr. Bishara. He told me I had a hernia which I didn’t know about, and that he could remove/fix it with a tummy tuck. He cautioned that liposuction likely wouldn’t give me the full results I was wanting, but I was initially nervous about tummy tuck surgery. A year later, October 20, I had the tummy tuck and hernia removal. I’m still in the process of recovering, but it was a lot easier recovery than I expected.
Dr. Bishara is AMAZING! No matter the concern, he’ll make time to see me, and he’s incredibly easy to talk to. He takes the time to fully explain the procedure, and answer any questions I have. I visited several plastic surgeons before doing my first procedure, the liposuction, and I will NEVER see any other surgeon. I look forward to my appointments and definitely have more I plan on doing. Additionally his staff is FANTASTIC! They’re so friendly, and make a sometimes awkward situation (naked photos, etc..😬) as easy as possible.
If you’re considering plastic surgery, I could not recommend Dr. Bishara highly enough, well above 5 stars!

So thankful I found this office for my breast augmentation/lift, I am so pleased with how they took care of me for my surgery, the whole process has been so nice since day 1 of my consult/preop appt/actual surgery day they have been the nicest most comforting staff I’ve ever come across at a medical office. Dr.Bishara and his staff are nothing short of amazing. He is so personable, detailed, and you will never feel rushed during any conversation. He takes his time to hear you out and answer any and all questions. His staff is just as great. They take phone calls promptly and answer emails quick even if they don't know the answer they will find the right person who does. The nurse Chelsea made my daughter feel special by remembering her during each visit and was very patient with me. Lisa his first assist was so open and all smiles and hugs and Jeff the anesthesiologist was so straight forward and a gentleman in helping me relax for surgery. This is my 3rd surgery by Dr.Bishara and I am still blown away by how amazing they are.

Came here after a few tries at another location for my tattoo removal, met Britt here and she did amazing! Always ask for her now and only her to do my treatments she makes sure it’s painless and quick. Sent my hubby and sis in law and they def love it here as well!

Dr. B is by far the best surgeon for all your plastic surgery needs! He is knowledgeable and professional.Him and his assistant Chelsea are very kind and personable and I love that! They always remember me and make me feel super comfortable at every visit! The front staff is always pleasant and welcoming too!! I would recommend them to any of my friends and family!

The clinic was very nice and clean. The laser procedure I went for was done great. I really loved the doctor and how she took the time to make me feel comfortable and she did a good job. If I need anything else I will be back.

I had such a great experience at Paragon Med Spa. I came in today to start the process of removing some old tattoos. Britt has over a decade of experience, and loves her work. She checked on me throughout the session to make sure I was okay and taking time to breathe. Definitely looking forward to continuing my treatment. The office is easy to find, off Matlock in Mansfield. The staff is professional and friendly.
