The Porch Arlington

If anyone is looking for some authentic Southern food then this is the place. The dishes are delectable, and the servings are ample. The place has a cozy ambience to it, with servers who are extremely courteous, friendly and hard-working. Parking here is quite adequate and ample.
Highly recommended.

My queen Revonna and I arrived here for breakfast. We noticed it about 2 weeks ago when we were trying out the Hideout Burger. I've eaten salmon as a fish for breakfast but never had catfish for breakfast. This was a first, so I selected that while my queen selected the sampler breakfast. It was good! The orange juice was okay. Also, the server was great! I'll be back.

I chose this restaurant for Mother's Day and placed a pick-up order online. Unfortunately there was a snafu with the app and they never received my order. When I showed up they were kind enough to make my order anyway even though it was the middle of a lunch rush on Mother's Day. The order was ready quickly and everyone was very nice. While I was waiting I could see there were a lot of regular customers who came in that they recognized and I felt there was a very warm friendly atmosphere. I would definitely come back here anytime!

Wow! We can not wait to come back here again and try other items on the menu. The Huevos Divorciados and Meat Lovers Omelette were delicious. The service was great. And everyone who walked in seemed happy to be there.

Tried the pulled pork sandwich and was very pleasantly surprised. It was savory, a little sweet and the bread was nice. I had originally ordered the bacon Mac and cheese grilled cheese but they didn't have Mac and cheese ready yet. Can't wait to go back and try that one, too. The waitress was also so nice and took great care of us.

You’ll come for the food, but you’ll have a great experience on top of the great food. The staff is always friendly and provides great service. Restrooms and restaurant is clean and well maintained.

This place is incredible! Amazing service, food and environment! The staff was very attentive and friendly. I tried some food off the plate of everyone of my family's order and I'm pretty sure this is my new favorite place! The build your own breakfast burrito was beyond delicious, the poblano burger was great and the pancakes were absolutely perfect! And the chicken fried bacon is so good!!! Next time I have to leave enough room to try the pies!

One of the best break places in Arlington. Friendly staff, generous portions. Would come here again!

So glad to have found this place. All their food is good, but whoever makes their soups needs a raise! They have a taco soup that's SO good. The staff is friendly and enjoys chatting a bit with the customers. Honestly, it's like seeing family!

As soon as we walked in we were seated! We got complimentary soup! The server Astrid was so kind! The food came out so quick and it was delicious! In and out service too but we had the option to stay if we liked!

nu food was served hot and was very tasty. My daughter got the breakfast where she build her own omelette. Service was great and we left feeling stuffed.

When we walked into this lovely little cafe we were met with polite attentive staff our server was a wonderful girl by the name of Emily and she was very sweet. The food was made with care and love and was some of the best eats I have had at a restaurant in a long time. This little mom and pop cafe is a place that I will go back to and recommend to others in the future

Excellent food. Waitstaff was very friendly. We had breakfast, which you can have all day. Looking forward to having more breakfasts there and trying the burgers. Or something else. The menu is huge!

My mom & I eat here at least a few times every month. The food & service is always great.

This little gem is about 3 miles from the Airbnb we're staying at.

We stopped here for breakfast. Husband had the Cibata egg sandwich with hashbrowns & coffee & I had the Egg migas with home fries & coffee. Both delicious!

Home cooked comfort food! They open at 7 a.m. & they started getting bust around 8:40 a.m. so get here early!

Family and I tried this great place tonight. I had the blackened fish tacos. Sooooooo delishous. Wife had the porch club sandwich. So fresh and yummy. Kifs had the kid breakfast. I had to have a bite of them thick pancakes. Sure hope you give them a try and follow us on FB page Arlington foodies.

The Porch is a gem I discovered on Doordash and has been a place my family orders from once a week or more. The food is amazing but the staff is by far my favorite. Actually, the blueberry muffin French toast is the best, too!
Our first time dining in, Geo the owner, came and sat with us just laughing and talking. We have eaten at so many restaurants but The Porch is truly a special one.
If you haven't already, try the blueberry French toast and the chicken fried chicken, it's my faves.

Decided to have lunch after fishing at Lake Arlington. We found The Porch close by. The place was awesome, loved the staff, they were professional and very friendly. They seemed to actually enjoy serving their customers!!! Kept coming back to see if we needed anything. Their chicken fried steak was pretty good along with their fries.

They have plenty of options and will probably enjoy anything that you get. The staff was very friendly especially since we came right around closing. I would definitely go back if in the area.
