Always finding something.....and at a good price. Got this for Halloween and the hubby....he Hates dolls...they creep him out.....it's talks really creepy... couldn't plug in video 😕

I love this store the employees are always very kind. Store is always clean they have a great selection of everything. Store is recently remodeled.

I went in to obtain a copy of my receipt for work/auditing purposes. Dee Dee and Charlie were both extremely helpful, and instead of just sending me to call their customer support line, they took they time to find the receipt. This was important for my job and their customer service and diligence was so greatly appreciated!

Wife and I love Big Lots. Always find what we're looking for. Just recently bought a Spider Man l.e.d. light for our granddaughter. She loved it.

We received VIP services from the manager Anna and Robert .....so thankful!

Never crowded, plenty of parking, employees are always friendly. Store is clean and we'll maintained. Good selection of items from furniture, decor, and pantry food items. Everything is affordable to anyone on a tight budget.

UPDATED: Changed from 4 stars to 5 stars. Just went in today and the entire store has been renovated. Its clean. Items were marked with prices. The staff were very helpful. When we asked where something was we were told to wait and she would go get it and bring it back. Came back with 2 options. The checkout process was very pleasant. It felt like everyone there was glad that we were in the store.

I go at least once a week to see what they have - most of the time I can find things I normally get at HEB but I can buy them here for less. We do like to get the high end chocolate bars here - the cocoa % is higher and its only a buck! They have some nice garden supply items and I do get birthday cards here because they are often just as nice as the grocery stores but for about 1/3 of the price. Normally don't need to ask anybody where stuff is so I can't say much about the staff.

I was looking for a very specific couch. I went to 6 furniture stores and couldn't find anything. Went to Big Lots thinking, might as well look. And sure enough had what I was looking for. Thanks Damon for your help!

Very clean and organized! Damon was a great help when I came in needing to purchase a dining table. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Great store with cheap prices and a variety of things for all occasions

I was surprised at all the good finds Big Lots had to offer today. I haven't shopped at Big Lots in years. I'll definitely be going back. It was also very clean and well organized.

I love coming here! They have great deals on Candles, Halloween/ Christmas/ Holiday Decorations, household items, some food selections, and more! You can always find a deal whenever you come here. And we always leave with more then we went in for.

This store is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always have Mickey stuff

I love big lots so much. They have a credit card with comenity bank and it's fun to go there and swipe when you need anything from toilet paper, toys, Christmas trees, candles, whatever, it's a mini walmart without the crowd. The staff is mostly friendly. There are a couple sourpusses here, but I try to avoid their lines. They won't ruin my big lots experience, I love that place too much

I bought a mattress at this store on very hopeful and hard to believe promises. The sales person who helped me explained the warranty and return policy. So Being the optimist I was I went for it! I loved my serta bed, it was solid for the first year but it went south quick! So I came back to return it after their call center told me that warranties have to go through the store. I came in before bringing my mattress and was soon rejected being told that I had to go through the manufacturer, so I was like “I knew this buy was too good to be true!” and now comes the warranty nightmare. I called serta warranty and what happens next with the automated call: “If you bought your mattress at a Big Lot’s store take it to any store to file your claim”. I went back and Nick the manager saved me the nightmare and I can not be anymore thankful for such a great service. I will never doubt Big Lot’s service even if it is bumpy along the way! Thank you!

I went there last night to just look around and happened to try on one of their mattress. After trying out few other mattresses in different stores, I decided on the one at Big Lots and went back to buy it. Damon -- who approached us first while we were looking for someone to help me -- was very friendly and helpful! He was very kind to help us load the mattress and the shelves. It was my first time actually visiting and buying something at Big Lots and it was a very nice experience. Everyone else I met last night was all friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Walk in got some groceries and was and had a tummy ache lot of chicken soup and crackers saltine crackers I usually buy non saltine but they didn't have any then got a coupon for 15.00 off that was pretty good for me

It's been many many years since I've been in a Big Lots. This one seemed to be much cleaner and neater than I remember them being. They had Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas merchandise on the shelves. Oddly not much school supplies, just a really small cube in the aisleway and it was all 50% off so needless to say not much of that to chose from as that was the main reason I went in. The furniture offerings seemed to be alot nicer than I remember from years ago as well as the kitchen section. I picked up a few things and got out for less than $13 and I would even consider going back for inexpensive gifts in the next couple of months.

Love this store. Great customer service form manager Dede. Very clean and organized store. I always find great buys for my home and office. Keep up the good work!
