Samantha and Bri were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. We were able to come in and get all of our problems resolved. great customer service and great conversation! definitely an all star team here.

The staff and management at this store were extremely helpful and patient with me, when they helped me switch carriers and keep my number. Then again patiently and calmly explained the outage a few weeks ago. Good store good people.

Sales rep Alma at this shop, didn’t guide me properly. I purchased iPhone 14 with 36 months contract. She said I can use dual sim. I called customer service to add my another number next day. They said I have to pay the amount in full and unlock the phone to add another esim. I told them I want to return the phone. They are asking me to pay $55 restocking fee on top of the $66 I paid on tax. Now I am carrying two phones instead of one.

Went in to upgrade my phone (which is always a confusing process) and sales rep advised I still owed a little over $200 on my current iPhone 13. I asked if that was something I had to pay and was told I could upgrade without paying off my old phone. Shame on me for not asking more about this, but also shame on the sales associate for not telling me that if I paid the $200 to own my phone outright, I could then trade in to save $1,000 off the new iPhone 15 pro I wanted (which was the current deal being offered). It wasn’t until the phone swap was complete that I asked if I was saving money on my monthly bill since I gave them my old phone, and then the sales associate shared that I was getting no discount and mentioned the potential deal I had missed. She then told me it was too late for me to get that deal as the phone data swap was complete. I have a 2 year old and a 6 month old and needed to go home, so didn’t have time to fight this. But we called the following Monday to speak to a manager and never got a return call.

I question the competency and training of the staff at this location. Would not recommend going here for your AT&T needs.
