Hotel ZaZa Austin

Stayed there in late February and it was 👌👌👌. Valet was top notch. So nice, hard working and attentive. On top of everything and so polite! You don’t see that anymore. Hotel was nice and clean. Always smelled so fresh and had snacks during the afternoon. We did have some issues with our room but it was taken care of quickly and made sure we were taken care of. Communication between management and front desk was seamless. Read a previous review and can confirm water pressure in showers were 👌 and elevators were great. Would def always come back here easily when I’m in Austin each and every time.

Great hotel! We had a balcony room which was very nice with a virtual sound proof glass balcony door. Busy at night but no trouble sleeping. Great flat screen in room. Shower was fabulous-great water pressure. Coffee service in morning was fine. Super friendly people staff. Pool area was beautiful. Elevators were fast. No delays. 5 star venue. Enjoy!

Hotel ZaZa exceeded all expectations during our company's annual leadership conference. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the hotel's beauty and charm. The rooms were not only comfortable but also exquisitely designed, providing the perfect sanctuary after a long day of meetings.
One of the highlights was the night-time turn-down service, a delightful touch that added an extra layer of luxury to our stay. But what truly set Hotel ZaZa apart was its exceptional staff. From the valet to the front desk, from the restaurant to the service staff, everyone we encountered was not only professional but also genuinely friendly and eager to assist in any way they could.

We owe a debt of gratitude to Kate, Blanca, and their team, whose unwavering dedication and hospitality left an indelible mark on our stay. Special mention also goes to Stone and Travis, whose commitment to excellence ensured that every aspect of our experience was flawless.

Loved my first stay at Hotel Zaza! The hotel is in a great location-it's walkable to so many restaurants and Lady Bird Lake while still being an oasis. The turn down service was very thoughtful and the coffee on each floor in the morning was very convenient (and had enough caffeine). I loved having a balcony overlooking Republic Square park. It was very busy down below but very quiet in my room. The pool and room service were both great. I will definitely be back.

Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Austin, this one takes comfort and decor to an elevated level of luxury. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, cozy, uniquely decorated, and the lighting is so well done (dimmers make all the difference). The luscious fragrance in the lobby and throughout the hotel is amazing. Everything about this hotel is intentionally designed to be stunning. The portraits of celebrities on the seventh floor are incredible. New favorite hotel in Austin!

This hotel does a lot of things right and only a small handful wrong. The beds are super comfortable and the turndown service is great. Also loved the cookies in the lobby. Housekeeping also did a great and timely job.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel ZaZa. We stayed here for our anniversary with our little son and we were made to feel sooo special. The spa was great ! Food was amazing ! I would highly recommend a stay.

Fantastic hotel experience. Shuttle service is a great value add. All the guys driving gave awesome recommendations for places to eat. Staff was very hospitable. Love the added touch of moonpie with turndown service and cookies in the lobby in the afternoon. Will absolutely be staying here anytime I come to Austin.

We came to Austin for a quick trip and after reading the reviews settled on staying here. Staff was extremely attentive our suite was clean and we loved that they have a car that was able to take us to our dinner reservations with no added charge. We will definitely be back and hopefully enjoy the spa next time.

Beautiful hotel but that was just a plus next to how wonderful the staff was. Jacob at the front desk was beyond accommodating and extremely sweet. Fidel at Good Therapy was amazing and Max and Stone at the front were just as great. Will definitely be coming back and staying at this hotel. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it.

I had a phenomenal stay at Hotel ZaZa, Austin! Jacob at the front desk and Stone at valet, along with the other helpful staff members, made my experience even more memorable. Even Charles and all the other folks at the bar, restaurant and of course the Spa!!

My husband surprised me with a stay at Hotel Zaza for my birthday! It is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well appointed. And we even had turn down service! It is centrally located and we had a nice view. The one issue was the loud music coming from the bar on the floor below and across the street, but that would not keep me from staying here again! Great option in Austin!

Had an extended stay at Zaza and I’m actually going to miss it. This property is perfect! I’ve always admired the design, but the service and rooms were excellent. Amazing hospitality and will recommend to all family and friends visiting!

We had an amazing time everyone was very nice and friendly very professional.
I highly recommend it. It’s a great place to go, lots of places to go walking distance. The Bar is great no need to go anywhere else.

Took a day trip to ZaZa to visit the ZaZa Spa! Alli from the spa was amazing and provided great services. I recently had a baby and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She also addressed the pressure that I would need since giving birth. I will be returning. Thanks Alli!

We love Hotel Zaza! We stay every year to celebrate my husband’s bday. All employees are very kind and helpful and we always have a good experience. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed at the Hotel Zaza. The hotel service and staff were top notch. The location and decor was great. They offer a car service that's included in your stay. They take you too or pick you up within a 3 mile radius . I would stay here again. The hotel is great but what makes it even better, is the customer serice of the team working there. You won’t go wrong picking Zaza for your stay in Austin.

Awesome, unique, fun hotel with very nice facilities, amenities, free water bottles, even car shuttle service!, etc, and stellar service and recommendations for what to do and where to eat. The pre/post stay communication is the best I've ever had from a hotel!

Would only give 4 stars out of 5 for value. Thought it was a tad bit over priced at approx $450 a night for the 2 bed room.

Was a bit annoyed I couldn’t self park at the hotel and they only allowed valet parking at $59 a night.

Everything about our stay was incredible. The staff made it easy! Free snacks to free shuttle? Yes they did! Great stuff. We stay in Hotels often. Beautiful inside. Very detailed in all ways. We will be back! Don’t hesitate to stay here.
