Just want to give a business credit when it’s due. Spoke to the manager about a flaw I had in a piece of merchandise I purchased and he was definitely understanding and helped me out without a doubt. Staff is always amazing as well and always helpful.

Sam, the manager is the absolute best! Great guy, extremely smart, respectful, and very helpful. He helped me shape my fedora of all things and now I'm looking into a real hat because of him. I would strongly recommend this boot barn if you are looking for a new hat!

Man I can't say enough about the great service I received here. A guy named Sam helped me, he shapes hats and he's the number 1 reason I will be returning as a customer. I think most people will agree customer service over the last several years has been declining and it was refreshing to come here and be treated so nicely. He helped me with everything I needed. I hope they promote this guy cause if they do they will be seeing a lot of repeat business.

Didn't have exactly what I was looking for in store, but the people in there a couple days ago really tried hard to help me out. Ended up with some work boots that will work for now. I was having a hard time with sizing and they really took a lot of time to get me something serviceable.

Ordered a pair of Ariat Boots from Sheplers online. For those who don't know Boot Barn was once Sheplers. There are a few stores still out there, the closest to my home here in Austin was San Antonio. So I called the Austin Boot Barn location....long story short. Awesome telephone experience, got to the store, they made my day! Fast courteous exchange after making sure I was completely satisfied with my selection. I will make the drive from up North in Liberty Hill to do business with them anytime I need western or work apperal....thanks y'all are doing a fine job there.

We have spent more time at Boot Barn lately than I'd like to admit, but have had a great experience each time. We are getting married in the Utah desert and have been shopping for lots of wedding attire for adults and children. Their selection in-store and online is great and the store itself is clean and organized. Most of all, the manager Abel has been very kind and helpful to us. My fiancé was having trouble finding a cowboy hat that fit well and Abel made a recommendation based on his head shape. The hat was only available online but we've received it and it's spot on. We went back to the store today to get the hat shaped and Abel is a pro. He also set aside one of the travel hat boxes that just came in because last week we mentioned that we needed one and would be stopping in today.

Boot Barn offers regular coupons and has also been good about returns when boots and other items we've ordered haven't quite worked out. Overall great experience, we'll definitely be buying all of our boots, hats, etc. from here in the future!

Abel is a great and exceptional mgr who not only cleaned 4 of our hats,but also reshaped them for us.He has great customer service and I highly recommend him for any hat services!

I feel like Morton really went above and beyond for me. This was my first solo boot-buying experience, so I was glad to have his assistance. He was duper patient and walked me through all the different types and his personal recommendations. You could tell he has been in the industry for a long time, had some serious knowledge.

A little bummed they didn't have a bathroom, as I had to walk to target to take care of business. However, I'd be a crazy person to detract a star for something like that. I went there to buy boots, not use their toilet. But hey, you can't shop on a full intestine!

Overall, the store was super clean, especially compared to some stores in their shopping center. The staff was ultra friendly, and check-out was a breeze. Thanks again Morton, for all your help.

Extraordinary service by one of the staff members. Being rookies, we did not know anything about boots, so we got our feet measured, received tons of valuable advice and suggestions as well as some anekdotes and plenty of background information about the different kinds of boots and their heritage. We appreciated that the sales person was very patient and neither pushy towards making a sale nor wanting to sell us the most expensive ones. We are super happy that we came here.

I purchased some Ariat Western Boots towards the end of January at this location. After 2 months, my boots began to squeak really bad when walking. I contacted the store about the issue & Nannette the manager was very helpful. She replaced my boots no questions asked & made me a more satisfied customer. I highly recommend this place for your next purchase. Very Excellent Customer Service.

If you love the smell of new boots/leather this is the place to go 👌. Employees offered help with finding anything very nice people. Went to go buy a new straw had had it customized by one of the Employees. 🤠

Great items, very high prices. Was with my daughter and granddaughter from out of town and I would have loved to make several purchases but the prices were way out of my range
