South Austin Beer Garden

I went to a really cool car meet there, the parking was a little tight but we made it work. I got to see a lot of really cool cars. The beer garden itself is really cool the bar is inside and then they have food trucks out back. I'm definitely going back to the next car meet they have.

I was beautiful and amazing. There is toys for kids and a small play area clost to the tables.

Great neighborhood bar. Located on an up and coming strip in far South Austin. Staff is always friendly and attentive. treat you like a local - this is good. Indie is small and cozy. Tons of outside space on the deck or in the yard. Amazing beer selection ('cept they are always out of LoneStar light). Bring your dogs, bring your kids - please keep them on a leash. Did trucks on site. Ask them to bring back a bbq truck! Always have MMA, UFC, and boxing on Saturday nights, no cover.

Great spot for grabbing a drink with friends. Both inside and outside are choice spots. Brought my little dog and he fit right in with all of the dogs (and people) there. It's a great crowd and super nice folks. Our group easily ordered both corn dogs and tacos and they were both super tasty. Can't wait to visit this place again.

Go for the food, go for the atmosphere, go for the drinks, go for yourself! Awesome local venue with a friendly staff and true "Austin Vibe"! Try the BBQ Italian sausage - trust me! Definitely a place, in town, that feels like an escape!

The food is not really there's but all the trucks are excellent. The crawfish boils are legendary! The staff is amazing! Oh and the beer is plentiful and cold! I mean, what else do you need?

Excellent spot! Many seating options including inside, on the covered porch. They have plastic sides and heaters for cold weather. There’s also an open patio with fire pits and they even lit a fire for us! You can smoke anywhere outside. The Achiote food truck sells delicious classic street tacos with good chile flavors on solid corn tortillas. It looked like they had about 30 beers on tap and have a full bar with whatever you want.

Family friendly beer garden and yet another great place to come chill on Austin’s south side. Love the outdoor options here but should you need some indoor hang, there’s space for that too!

This is a amazing dive, clutch in South Austin. Guys and Gals behind the bar are super friendly and welcoming! I always meet the best southsiders and have a blast here! Highly recommended y’all stop in and say hi!

Love this place so much! Affordable drinks plus they play every sporting event you can dream of without a cover fee, cool and laid back environment!

Great spot to grab drinks with your friends. They have a big selection of beers including locally brewed. Staff is good vibes. They play sports so it can be a sports bar crowd on game days, but they also have live music at times. There's food trucks on site for grub.

We had the street tacos and quesadillas, so yummy 😋! Love the laid back Austin feel😃

Great outdoor seating. Also great food truck with lots of food. Had the street corn and corn dog. Kid and dog friendly!

The bartenders here are very friendly and welcoming and seemed happy to answer questions. I love that they have so many beers on tap with decent prices. Also the layout and design of the place is bad*as! Definitely wish I could live closer!

Naomi, their event coordinator and her team today were beyond amazing. We hosted a baby shower for my daughter and Naomi and her team catered to our every whim. A special thanks to all of them. My daughter had a blast, as did all of the friends and family that attended. This was the perfect spot for our large group of 70. Everyone that attended raved about the venue and how it was the most amazing baby shower they had ever attended. Thank you Naomi and team at South Austin Beer Garden for making my baby's baby day special. We will definitely recommend you all for future events !!!!

Feels like an old Austin bar. Strong and inexpensive drinks. Only complaint is the the lack of food diversity. Overall this is a great spot though. Fun bars near by too.

I reserved a table with Naomi for a group of 10. This was the entire groups first time at SABG. Naomi was SO accommodating and responsive. The staff working that day was attentive, and quick with our orders. I would def go back, and recommend this place to others.

This is the best bar in Austin! The vibe is so awesome. The bartenders are amazing! Definitely recommend going!
