Sean is so very helpful. I wish all customer service across every industry could be so pleasant. We have purchased TEN mattresses from this store. They were all intended to be guest bed mattresses. One ended up being used daily and left an indention that was EASILY corrected by the warranty replacement.

Great experience today! The store was semi-busy when we arrived but we were still out the door having purchased our new mattress in under 1 hour! Will definitely be shopping her again for any future mattress purchases.

From the moment I walked in the MattressFirm store of Cedar Park I was impressed with the size and big selection of mattresses choices. Sam was great- he took his time explaining everything. He even entertained my kiddos while I tried several beds- he was was patient and provided a very leisure non-pushy shopping experience- I left without purchasing and came back a week later.
