Justice of the Peace, Precinct 5

We had our Civil Wedding Ceremony here back to November. It was an amazing experience!! Everything was quick and but very formal. The judge and staffs here were super nice and sweet! We definitely recommend everyone this courthouse if you are looking for a wonderful place to have your ceremony done in Austin.

Ange (angelica) made my day today.

I have been struggling in getting a wedding set up with a different JP but she helped me in the matter of minutes. I even got a confirmation email right after.

JP5 is organized. I’m so excited to marry my person.

Salutes to Beverly and the other outstanding staff at JP5, and a big thank you to the Honorable Herb Evans for giving me credit off of my FTA for time served and releasing the hold on my Drivers License! I'll be cranking the music and thinking of y'all's kindness when I'm cruising around in my red Camaro Convertible.

Y'all did nothing less than outstanding, especially in answering the phones, less than 3 rings, military standard as well as was the standard when I worked at Advance Auto Parts while in college after the military.

Angelica is unreasonable and the absolute worst to deal with. I scheduled my wedding 2-3 months in advance at this Precinct and the week of I called to confirm and they went back on what they said about being able have my pastor there and the original time frame scheduled. After trying to work something out and Angelica not budging to work with me she ended up saying that I could no longer have my wedding there and canceled it on me out of spite. She clearly does not care about the residents of Austin that help pay her salary!!
