I can't say enough good about this place! John and his other instructors are fantastic. If you're looking to break away from the corporate feel of other gyms, or are turned off by the Crossfit madness, this is the place for you! Fantastic community feel without the pressure of fitting into a cult like atmosphere. Bring your challenges and goals and I'm sure you'll achieve what you want.

John Workman helped me get into the best shape of my life - and I am decidedly north of 50 years old. He gives personal attention, provides constant feedback and motivation and designed a program that met my needs. His classes are fun and just the right kind of challenge. This has been a life changing experience.

After being out of the strength and fitness game for a bit, I knew coming back would be difficult, both mentally and physically. Traditional gym settings were t working for me any more to make the progress I wanted and expected. John and his approach were exactly what I needed and now it is just a part of my daily routine! As an avid triathlete - I knew this was where I needed to start to get back into it all and without injury and John proved me right! I'm now stronger than I've been in years and it shows when I get back in the bike saddle, go out for a run or dive into the pool! Thank you John for doing what I wasn't sure was possible!

Very clean and the equipment is top notch. John and the other instructors are knowledgeable and caring. They get the best out of while keeping you safe and in good form. A great invigorating fitness experience! John customizes to your needs with a wide variety of engaging exercises. I haven’t felt this motivated to be my best since retiring from the U.S. Air Force.

John helped me hit a fitness level I never saw in my life. To achieve this at 40+ years old I am shocked by how effective the classes have been. You can’t beat the fun family feeling of his classes either!
