Anderson's Jewelry

I had a wonderful experience at Anderson's yesterday. The owner took time to help me with a broken piece of jewelry and explained to me how to properly care for my crucifix necklace I've had for over 25 years. He also looked over another piece of jewelry I wasn't sure about and he told me that everything looked good with it. What impressed me the most was how patient and kind he was to my daughter. She is 11 years old and full of questions. He taught her a lot about jewelry in the short time we were there. Did I mention how shiny and pretty everything looks when you walk into their store? Great place! I highly recommend you check it out when you're in downtown Effingham enjoying the small town Christmas atmosphere!

Had a fantastic experience! I wanted to have a custom necklace made with my grandmothers diamond, they took the time to help me pick the perfect pendant and chain! it turned out even better than I ever imagined! Thank you Todd Anderson!

Exceptional Service! I walked in last minute to see if I could have a knot taken out of my favorite necklace. Even though the gentleman we busy working on something he took the time to repair my necklace right then as I stood and waited.

Had such a great and personalized experience working with Todd! He made the wedding ring shopping experience so special and he was so thorough & detailed with my fiancé and I to help us create the most perfect customized wedding bands.

He communicated with us from start to finish every step of the way - which I really appreciated as I haven’t had that kind of communication with jewelers I have worked with in the past. With Todd I knew exactly what was happening and how my custom pieces would turn out.

I am so happy with how they look and I have gotten so many compliments!

I just tried calling them to try and get their business and someone kept hanging up on me. Finally, after the 10th time trying to get through, someone on the phone says "quit calling me" and I said "I'm sorry is this Anderson's Jewelry" and he said "yes it is I'm on the other line with a client!" Very rudely. I said "If that is the way you talk to potential customers I can take my business somewhere else" and he hung up on me.

Such a blatant disrespect went in there to see if they could adjust my watch and I wanted to see there selection of rings. The guy looks me over and says. I have a couple coming in. Clearly judging me on my clothes. Shouldn't judge a book by its cover I could of bought what ever I wanted. Go here if you want to. I won't ever step foot in the place Zales is where I spent my money. Thanks for the would be sell.The rudeness that was shown. I was honestly taken back. To the hell with Andersons!

I had my wedding ring fixed and they cut it down and kept the gold and charged way too much...Kohl's stands better on jewelry!
