Bohemian Brewery

This was my first experience at the Bohemian brewery. We went night skiing at Brighton and then stopped by an hour before closing. I had the blackberry, chicken and bread pudding, both of which were amazing. I also shared a giant appetizer with the best fries I've ever had, calamari, cheese, toast, and fried peppers. I tried the margarita pizza and chicken Schnitzel both of which were excellent. It made for a warm and relaxed ending to our night.

Delicious German food, large menu, staff very friendly. Good beer and drink selections and the fruit dumpling for dessert was excellent. Plenty of parking.

My wife and had a good brunch experience at a great spot today. Despite the busy atmosphere, the service was impeccable. I opted for the 3 egg omelette, while my wife chose the eggs florentine, they were both delicious.

This brunch spot remains one of the best in Utah for a reason. The added bonus of it being a brewery means you can enjoy fresh and delicious beer with your meal, making it a win-win situation for all. The combination of great food, excellent service, and the brewery setting make it a must-visit.

Delicious delight of a place with amazing staff. We had a large party in the upstairs portion and the service was outstanding. Definitely try the pierogies, they're always a treat. The Schweinshaxen and the pork was so tender and tasty. The spatzle was amazing as well as the red cabbage. The chocolate cake is absolutely enormous with a deep, fudge frosting, and came with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and strawberries.

A true German experience that worth a lot to try.

There's strong flavors like the original sauerkraut that is the sour cabbage a bit more intense. There's also bratwursts, delicious mashed potatoes. The Pierogy teaser is a great start. Homemade bread, garlic fries is another must have when visit... There's a lot to try 🤤

The place has great decorations, is nice and cozy and perfect to host large groups. Hope you try and like it !

Simple food done well in a cozy atmosphere! Everything we ordered (fish & chips, garlic fries, kids Mac & cheese, margarita pizza & fruit dumplings) exceeded expectations. I think the dishes are on the pricier side but the portions are very large and like I said delicious.

The Bohemian is one of our Faves in SLC. We always recommend it to visitors and celebrate many life events here. The service is great and accommodating. The food is incredible. Get the Giant Pretzel as an app, the brats & pierogis for an entree and the cheesecake for dessert.

I married into a Swiss German family. I've grown to love the food from the Bohemian region. We were looking forward to trying the food, but also a little cautious as we've been disappointed previously.

The food was outstanding. So good. We ordered a bunch of different kinds. Took home a lot of leftovers. Everything was excellent. My wife was over the moon pleased.

Lots of flavor, great service, and a fun atmosphere.

My husband and I had a great time at Bohemian Brewery! The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and looks like a giant cabin. It was a nice day, so we sat on the patio and had a lovely view of some snow-capped mountains. Our waiter was very nice and helpful and gave us some excellent recommendations. They are, of course, a brewery so we ordered two flights of beer to try most of their selection. Most of the beers were pretty light and the pilsner ended up being my favorite.
Per our waiter's recommendation, we ordered the giant pretzel for an appetizer and the perogies and bratwurst for our entrée. The pretzel was huge, and I almost filled up just from that. The beer cheese was so good my husband ended up dipping some of his bratwurst in it. The perogies and bratwurst were exactly what I wanted them to be. And, I think this restaurant has THE BEST sauerkraut I have ever had. After we ate, I was ready to go back to our Airbnb and take a nap. I wish this restaurant was closer to us so that we could be regulars. Absolutely go to Bohemian Brewery if you like German/Polish food and you are near Salt Lake City!

Vibes are lively AND cozy. Food is hearty and delicious, veggies so fresh and buttery. Fantastic service, our waters were never empty. We got the pierogi appetizer, pork shoulder and pork schnitzel entrees.

Vibrant and wonderful service. The Schnitzel is delicious and the atmosphere is lovely!! Soup of the day was asparagus and bacon - so yummy!! Cherny bock has always been our go to. Love this spot!! ❤

If you crave them bloody Mary's, these are good . 2 people, you'll drop around $ 120.00-$150.00 . Spare no expense, This place will rock your socks off with deliciousness.. It's worth it.

We are from Denver and this place was recommended by our AIRBNB host since it’s 4 mins down the road. The pictures do the food no justice, best food we have had thus far on our trip!! The pretzel with the beer cheese and the sandwich with the French dip is a must!! Be prepared to spend a lot, we spent $140 on a family of 3 and that was without the tip, totally worth every penny.

Absolutely loved the spot for. Nice warm meal, and a great selection of beer. They have good options for kids, and fun variety of dishes - from salad, appetizers, pizza, and other Germanic-polish entries.

We stopped in for some French onion soup, our amazing server talked us into the blackened chicken sandwich (didn’t get a picture) and their Black Forest cheesecake. They recently changed their soup recipe and it’s absolutely delicious. The dessert is massive, I think we were able to enjoy it two more times after we left. We highly recommend it. I genuinely wish I could remember our servers name, as they were outstanding! As was the hostess and manager that checked on us multiple times!

Always happy with the food and service here! Have been coming here for a few years and am always happy when I do!

First time getting dessert and was not disappointed! These desserts are huge and definitely shareable with at least 4 people!

We went there for brunch today. They seated us right away and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I can't say enough about the food. Everything was very tasty and prepared properly. You really should try the German chocolate cake. It is absolutely ginormous and a chocolate lovers delight.

Delicious food, nice atmosphere and decor and a good variety of beers. We ordered Beef Stroganoff and Schweinshaxen (pork shank) and they were both delicious.

I loved this place. The food was so good and the music was nice. I don’t have anything bad to say about this place.

Bohemian is among the very best places to eat and drink in Utah.
Haven't been out much in the last 6 months, and decided to have Sunday breakfast with our 1.5 year old child.
Staff was accommodating, fun, and very attentive.
The food was incredible, and we felt at home the entire visit.
