Joe Sippers Cafe

Good coffee. They have drip decaf. No vegan pastry, but the have good vegan options and can substitute tofu for eggs in breakfast entrees. We had an avocado bagel which had a generous serving of sprouts with a tasty dressing. We also had their vegan Thai wrap which had plenty of veggies. That came with a corn, black bean salsa that was very good.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Loved the miles fancy breakfast sandwich and and the eggnog latte. Number of their menu items feature local farms. Perfect choice for a morning pick me up. 😁

While driving through town to go and visit a friend, we caught this coffee shop out of the corner of our eye and had to stop. It did not disappoint!!! We ordered espresso, the daily grind coffee, cake pops and chocolate cake. Everything was incredible! We also heard from some friends that their food is legit as well. We loved the atmosphere as it was super chill and the workers were awesome! They were super kind and helpful. Thank you for such a great visit!

We came in right at closing time, and the women working there were as welcoming as if had been the middle of the afternoon when they had nothing to do. They made. a vegan wrap for my daughter, and the rest of us got drinks for the road
Everything was excellent, the store is neat and cutely decorated, and the staff was super friendly. I would go out of my way to stop by there again. If I lived in Effingham, I would be a regular. No big city coffee shop has anything on this place. Take a detour off the freeway and check it out.

The sandwiches are good not great.
The wraps are good not great. The coffee is a tad over roasted for me, the desserts are top notch.
The staff are the best in town, honestly I wouldn't keep going back if not for the staff.!

☕ Love the ambience here. Great coffee shop with a variety of comfortable seating. Perfect study environment or meeting place. Local art 🎨 on the walls. A swaggy roaster in the back room gives off some great vibes.

Stopped on our way through town. The vibe was cute and the food was delicious. Perfect place for tasty and quick lunch. Also the London Fog latte was excellent!

I’m not much of a coffee drinker, but this place seriously makes me consider becoming one. The food and coffee is 10/10, which is very rare to get both right. Baristas are also very nice and good service. It’s just a bit pricey around $16 for a meal and coffee but I guess that’s everyone’s prices now a days

I enjoy going to Joe Sippers. Always friendly service, and it can be a nice place to grab a coffee or smoothie and relax. I've never had a bad tasting meal there. It can get busy, but it's worth the wait.

I love going to Joe Sippers for lunch or coffee. Great service & foods everytime Ive been here. Personally, I like the bacon ranch chicken wrap & sugar free lattes.

We are visitors from out of town and discovered this little gem around the corner. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. The bacon wraps that we ordered were amazing. Definitely recommended!

Food has been fantastic for years, but I had the best croissant bun sandwich ever invented. Lemon aioli, fig jam, turkey, bacon... I mean, BACON. So. Good. Paired it with the roasted red pepper bisque soup. Unsweetened tea. Best brunch spot in downtown. 10/10 And love the art throughout for sale.

I got a fruit cup and an iced coffee. The fruit was as fresh and beautiful as a postcard, and the staff members were overmatched by guests but still giving fast, personable service.
I had stopped coming here for a while, but today they won me over.

We meet here regularly with our group. Coffee drinkers have a wide variety to choose from. Their breakfast menu is good. The pastries are outstanding and are baked in the kitchen in the basement.

Great little Local coffee shop, serving Kaldi’s coffee. Pastries were tasty with nice variety. Had a couple of specials too! Staff was friendly. Well worth the extra 5 minutes to get off I-70 and skip Starbucks.

Cute coffee shop with amazing coffee and delicious food. The prices are a little high, but they use real ingredients opposed to their corporate competitors.

The Cuban sandwich here was out of this world!! Coffee and salmon chowder did not disappoint either, all and all epic atmosphere and great food and service! Thank you, Effingham!

Super chill and welcoming environment. As I stepped into the building, I instantly felt at home. The workers are very friendly, skilled, and helpful. The coffee is excellent!

The vegan Thai peanut wrap is awesssome! We also got the pesto melt without the cheese and added tofu to make it vegan. Awesome place to have some tasty vegan bites. So thankful for it in this area, as we passed through!
