Aaron had been my agent for four years for my home insurance and vehicle insurance and I always find him to be very courteous and willing to find the best rates, but also very good into explaining the importance about the covers, he is always willing to answer all my question, I really recommend him as your agent;

The secretary Monica she is an amazing lady there are times that I had to call the office and she always willing to help me;

also at one time my roof was damaged and they sent me this very nice lady to my house I forgot her name but she came from the south and she made my the transaction very easy,

Excellent agent for all lines. Aaron has managed my whole family's auto, home, flood and life insurance plans for over 10 years now. He is quick and responsive to make any updates for life changes, moves, new houses, new family members. Over the years, I have received a few quotes from other companies just out of curiousity, but his rates always come out the same or better than the competition. And his customer service can't be beat, so I don't think I will ever take my business anywhere else. I've also had a couple auto claims and one house claim over the past 10 years, and have always had a good experience with the claims department as well.

Very professional, personable, and relevant advice for our needs. Not pushing an agenda and treats us like regular people.

Was with this company for 3 years. Prices continued to climb each year, this year homeowners alone raised up $370. Had one small claim of a door ding. Country Financial made a mistake in their system so I had no rental car. Curt Bacon had to take care of me there until I figured it out on my own. Aaron from Country Financial made some calls on my behalf and he's not even my agent. Chuy Rivas is my agent. Nobody called me to ensure I'd been taken care of. What should have been 1 hour took three quarters of the day! Total mess. Then Chuy called me to renew for my annual 4 weeks later? Lol. Um, nope. Sorry guys, if I ever come back, I would have Aaron be my agent. Good luck guys. Please take CARE of your customers! They make your paycheck 😉

After having Country Financial for two years I can honestly say NEVER would I recommend. My agent is Chuy.. by reading the reviews I probably should've gotten Aaron. I used to have car insurance through them but in purchasing a new car and having them for over a year I figured I would get full coverage from them. Chuy was "unavailable" so I ended up with a service agent. I got quoted at an unbelievable price and went elsewhere. They wouldn't have even covered anything anyway. I also have 2 houses that are insured by them. One which should be cheap just keeps climbing up. I tried to file a claim last year... the things I needed covered weren't so it was a waste of time. I talked to Chuy, who was unbelievably rude, and got nowhere. Haven't talked to him since. He's never "available"... I wish I could cancel. Don't believe everything they say. It's costs you in the long run. I also don't understand why everything keeps going up when technically it's supposed to go down if I don't use it.. right? That's what other places do...

Have a friend with substantial roof damage as most of her neighbors had. They all have had good insurance companies, many with less damage. She has been turned down twice by this fly by night company. It's been over a year!!!; Now all expenses will have been left to her. They claim an open claim, can't switch companies!!!!
