Larry and his crew is probably the best that I have had the pleaser of doing business with. They make sure everything is done right the first time. They explain any and everything that is being done or needs to be done. I won't go to another location as long as Larry and his crew is there.

The Firestone at the Scott AFB location is fantastic! They take care of all 3 of our vehicles and we've never had a problem with any of the service.

Mike was able to get my wife's Tahoe in for service same-day for a complete tire replacement and alignment when I was in a bind. Had the tires in-stock and did all the maintenance while I was at work, which is very important to me (CONVENIENCE!). Mike and his team of technicians did the job right the first time at a decent value. I have peace of mind knowing that her vehicle is safe on the road and has a service agreement if anything goes wrong on the road. Highly recommend Mike and his team! A+++

I had a nail in my tire and Jamie was super helpful. He came out to the parking lot, checked for a leak, pulled the nail and checked again for a leak. As there was no leak in the tire, he gave the car a clean bill of health and let me get back on the road. Super fast, very friendly and no charge. Definitely the kind of customer service that’ll keep me coming back when I do need work done on the car. Thanks Jamie!

I don't know what was going on with everyone else. I have taken my cars and trucks here for anything that I need that I can do myself and they have always been awesome! The lady at the front desk is very nice and knowledgeable! In fact I will be taking my car here to get an alignment! They are a little slow with customer service but I think it is because they are undermanned. As for the pricing, this is on base. If you haven't noticed, everything on base is overpriced due to convenience and the fact that the company has to pay the base to operate there. I never buy tires or anything there! I bring them with me!

Always great service at a reasonable price. Quick work with flexible hours. They don't try to push sales and have told me I don't need service a time or two. They explain services needed and never add on without prior approval.
