Applewood Pointe Mobile Home Park

Just bought our first place here! The manger goes above and beyond to help you in anyway he can. We are so happy with our purchase and glad we decided to call this place home! Our home is beautiful and we love it!

Great place to live. Very clean and quiet. Great seeing families at the park and the kids playing. Manager of the park,he is great!! Very nice and welcoming.

Living here over 7 months now and I'm so happy here. It's beautiful and neighborhood is peaceful.

Been living here for six months. The staff is wonderful, the neighbors are great, and the grounds are kept clean and tidy. We are enjoying our time here very much. Electric, cable, and internet services are all wonderful, garbage pickup is neat and tidy, no problems so far. I would really recommend this place to all people who are looking for a mobile home park community.

Absolutely wonderful place to live my father bought a trailer there when he retired and is 100% happy with the choice he made as far as an absolutely great community to live in Middletown Ohio. :-)

It's a lovely park, well kept and peaceful. I'm enjoying my interactions with the manager and hope to be a resident soon. Highly recommend this community!

I live there for a little while it is a good spot to live seeing a lot of kids so if you got families little kids thank you fit right in there

Just purchased my forever home here. Donnie in the office eased my worries about the process, he is one of the best people I have ever met.
