Professional Lane Dental

I had not been to the dentist in years but I realized it was in my own best interest to make an appointment. Gail was my hygienist. She made me so comfortable so I new I was in good hands. I had such a positive experience with Gail that I now go to the dentist regularly. The entire staff makes you feel confident that you are getting exceptional and professional care.

I highly recommend, I love Dr. Dunford! He’s so knowledgeable and a professional. Dr. Dunford is very passionate in his work and very particular. I also have to add the staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially my favorite, Madison, his assistant. :)

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Dougherty and the staff here. I had a dental emergency and I was able to get in and be treated fairly quickly. It has been a long process to fix the damage to my teeth, some of which has been pretty uncomfortable. Because of past terrible experiences at a certain low cost clinic in town, I was absolutely shaking scared to get the procedures done. I was treated with kindness and gentleness and I was treated with respect. The work they’ve done on my teeth has been perfect and I’m well on my way to getting my smile back. Words cannot express how thankful I am to have found this place.

This is by far the best dental facility I have ever been to. The staff from the front desk to the hygienist and the doctors are all so very friendly and make you feel welcomed there. I had Gail today and she was so very sweet. I feel like we could've just talked for hours. Today is the first time I saw Dr. D since Dr. Hein left and he was very nice and explained things to me. I would recommend that everyone go here!

I have been using Dr. Dollar's office since I was 12 years old. I absolutely love my hygienist Gail. I would NOT go anywhere else! The entire staff is super sweet and always have a smile!!!! Thank you so very much! Love you guys! ♥

Everyone at this dental office is super friendly and kind, from the ladies at the front desk (Karen & Winney), to each hygienist, and of course the main dentist Dr. Dougherty. I've been attending this office since I first came to Dothan in 2009 and it's been nothing but professionalism and proficiency from day one. There's no long wait and my hygienist Gale, is a gem. She never keeps me waiting and she's gentle when cleaning my teeth. I've had cleanings, fillings, and crowns done here and I've always left satisfied with the procedures I received. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs dental work, I promise you won't be disappointed!

I’m not one who willingly goes to the dentist, however, after my experience with the staff and doctors here, I am actually excited to go back for another cleaning in 6 months. Karen, at the front desk, is extremely kind and helps fit you in as soon as possible, and Gail, one of the dental hygienists, is the best I’ve ever had! She was extremely careful around the area of my gum graft, yet extremely thorough and managed to scrape off some of the stains that made me reluctant to smile! Love love love this office and the people in it!

Dr. Dunford & Madison are so kind. Dr. Dunford takes his time & addresses your concerns. I’m appreciative of the fact that your care doesn’t feel rushed & they genuinely want to do a great job.

I have been going here for years and I am always pleased with them. I recently saw Dr. Dunford for the first time and appreciated the time he took to explain things. He showed me X-rays and pictures to explain it so I could see what was going on with my tooth. He asked if I had any questions was patient and took his time to answer them. Very nice man and easy to talk to. Highly recommend him.

Awesome place too be if you like a beautiful office with some really awesome people. First when you walk in the door it’s beautiful then the two ladies up front are even more beautiful. The atmosphere in this office is so upbeat you don’t have time to be afraid. Dr. Dougherty has been amazing and Dr. Dunsford I’ve seen as well also amazing. They are so caring and kind. My hygienist is top of her game. I love this place and all of the people associated with it. It's been a long time since I've been able to go to the dentist, I scheduled an appointment after having some issues. They were able to get me in very quickly & the staff were all so sweet. Dr. Dunford & his assistant went above and beyond to explain what was going on, make me feel comfortable & do their best to find a treatment for me. I am so pleased with my visit & the plan they've provided to get my teeth fixed. I highly recommend Professional Lane Dental!

I've only been there once so far but I was impressed on day 1. All my questions were answered & everyone was so sweet. I can't wait for my next appointment to get everything started.

The staff was so friendly as usual. Of course, I’ve been going here since Dr. Dollar was in the much smaller building and practiced alone. I had a temporary crown put on today. Oh how I wish Dr Hein was still here. It was so uncomfortable getting my jaw numbed. Has never hurt so bad. Dr. D needs to work on chair side manner! He left treatment room and never came back. I’ve never had assistant put temporary crown on without dentist at least checking it. Christy was very kind and I’m sure very competent. However, crown doesn’t sit well and has small chip in back allowing gum irritation. Hopefully, would not be this way if he had checked it.

Every one was great. Did not have to wait to get taken back to see the technician. Every one professional, courteous and caring!!!

Wonderful environment and staff! They are timely and courteous. Dr. Dougherty really made my daughter feel comfortable and explained every step of what he was doing at her appointment. Great office for families. We always enjoy our visits to this office!

I have been a patient here for many many years. My experience has always been pleasant (even when it has been an unpleasant procedure)!!!
I will miss Dr Hein but the new Dentists are great!! I will continue to use Professional Lane Dental to my SMILE healthy!!!

Excellent experience! Was seen on time. Staff was extremely professional, friendly and well-organized. Felt more like a guest at a spa than a patient. Dentist did a great job. Explained everything before the procedure, which was pain-free and quick. Facility was very clean. Highly recommend this practice!!

I had a previously terrible experience with a different dentist, so when I first came here I was shaky and all around traumatized. These people took such great care of me and made me feel like a human being. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Very clean and very friendly staff. Thank you all for being you!

Broke a tooth & called for an appt. Went in right away. I needed a crown and Dr. Dunford & Brandy scanned my tooth via computer technology and "viola" the crown was a perfect fit. The first visit was 2 hrs & I received a temporary & today's was 40 minutes.
AMAZING! Very talented & caring staff.
