Exceptional service. Love the staff. Dr D is caring and cares about individual needs. My daughter has autism and it takes a while for her to get used to people and places. Dr D’s staff is wonderful with my daughter . Brandy cleans her teeth and is phenomenal with my daughter. They go the extra! Great dentistry practice!

Dr. Dandridge and her staff are true professionals! This dental office is truly exceptional! The staff — from the front desk to the dental assistants to the dentists — are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcomed and at ease. The dentists are highly skilled professionals who take the time to explain everything. The office is immaculately clean and modern, with all the latest technology and equipment. I’ve never had better dental experiences. This office is the true definition of “family dentistry”– five stars! Thank you Dr. Dandridge, Taitlin, Michaela, Miranda, Savanna, and Angelie!

The service and information I received from Dandridge Dental staff earlier today was outstanding! I had several questions, and they took the time to explain everything to me in detail. While talking with them, I did not feel rushed (like they were trying to get to another customer quickly). I look forward to my upcoming visit. Dandridge Dental is Awesome. I want to give a special thanks to Jordan. I was having an issue with my crown. Jordan explained everything she was doing and why. She took as much time as it needed to make sure I was comfortable with the whole process. My whole family goes to Dandridge Dental. They make customer service a priority. Highly recommend giving them a try.

I went in today not knowing what to expect for a teeth whitening appointment. From the moment I sat in the chair to walking out the door, Brandy made the experience very comfortable. She explained what she was doing along the way, checked on my comfort throughout, and ensured I had good direction for what to do after leaving for the day. I really had no idea of how good the results might be and they certainly exceeded expectations. Thank you Brandy for your great work today!

I was referred here and am pleased to have had good service by the dentists, hygienists, and front receptionists. My hygienist, Brandy, is so sweet and appears genuinely interested in what is best for me. The hygienist is the first person you see during your appointment and during routine appointments. They often are the one who spends the most time with you, so they really have a big impact on your overall experience. In my opinion, having good hygienists is as important as having good dentists, so I am really glad I have a hygienist who does such a good job. Thank you, Dandridge Dental.

Received exceptional services at Dandridge dental family dentistry. Everyone from front desk to overall staff was delightful and alluring. Tatiana was very easy going and super helpful at the front desk. Thanks to her for a speed check in and check out process. My dental hygienist Hayden was proficient and very professional. Hayden and Dr.Johnson was exceptional at explaining and informing me on my dental plan and future procedures.Overall great experience and visit! Highly recommended.

Love this office!!! From check in to check out the visit was very pleasant! Hayden cleaned my teeth to perfection and she is very sweet! Dr. Johnson and Taitlin were just as sweet and very professional during my minor dental procedure. Everyone in the office always has a smile on their face and very friendly. Highly recommend this office! They are all awsome including the check out receptionist Angelic.

Today’s experience was wonderful, Ms Gracie always makes it very pleasant to be there. She has always been very upbeat and kind every time I have went into the office, she is an asset to the wonderful staff. Dr Dandridge is a great Dentist to go to.

Miranda and Dr. Johnson were absolutely amazing! I went to my first appt today after not seeing a dentist in 7 years. They made me feel so comfortable and cared for. They both explained my treatment plan and reassured any uncertainties that I had. Miranda was just the sweetest from the moment she called me from the lobby.

AMAZING!!!! and beyond we were blessed to find them if you were like us struggling finding great dental care for you and your little one look not further Dandridge dental family dentistry is more than amazing my daughter and I had Our first appointment today and the whole staff made us feel so comfortable so welcome so happy to have us it honestly felt like family and they took care of us and our needs they are also bilingual which is a plus!! My daughter was super happy and told me she couldn’t wait to go back again we LOVE them already!!! Would give them a million star reviews if I could.

I went in for a cleaning and the staff was amazing as always! The assistant (can’t remember her name)did my pre-cleaning and floss was telling lots of facts about teeth and ways to better mine. Then, Brandy the Hygienist, was also excellent! She also gave me advice about ways to floss and cleaned my teeth to perfection. Last, Dr. Johnson, came to check on my extraction tooth, making sure I wasn’t having any problems, and different ways to help prevent other teeth from being extracted! I give them a 10/10 excellent staff with awesome customer service.

Brandy is extremely personable, positive, and efficient with our family when administering dental services. Dandridge Dental offers in-office teeth whitening and is a service we have utilized with great success. The office has made such a positive impression that our children actually look forward to showing up and getting their teeth cleaned! Also, Dr. Dandridge has hired a bilingual employee fluent in Spanish that adds additional convenience for the Wiregrass area. I highly recommend Dandridge Dental!

My experience with Dandridge Dental was great. Gracie and Brandy were very nice and too great care of me. I came when it was a little busier than normal, and my patient needs were still fulfilled.

The staff at Dandridge dental are amazing especially my dental hygienist, Hayden. She was very attentive to my dental health. More than any hygienist I've ever had. She made me comfortable and explained what she was doing. The whole staff was great!
