Extremely Professional, and helpful staff from the time you walk in the door. Dr. Parker is great (& doesn't hurt me, haha). I normally have SO MUCH Anxiety, but the atmosphere is very relaxing, no pressure, and they SMIL, which makes you feel at ease . GREAT Place.

UPDATE: The Dr did make it right for me after several calls.

If I could give him 0 stars if I could. Charged me $56 for Dr Parker to touch my tooth for 3 seconds and leave the room. Said I needed a crown...insurance company denied as they saw no need. Told me nothing would be out of my pocket....I would be more than happy to pay the bill of he actually had performed a procedure. He did nothing. I will be looking for a new dentist.

Went in in for a root canal, he numbed me up and got started only a couple of minutes after putting in the novacaine in and barely setting in, as he started drilling I felt a little pain and he put the needle back in deeper into my tooth causing extreme pain, and started right back again. After another ten minutes or so he tapped out saying he couldn't do it because my "anxiety" was to high to continue. This happened as I was sitting there calmly breathing as much as I could through my mouth as I haven't er been able to breathe through my nose with my mouth open. So instead of getting the procedure done that I waited all day to get since he cancelled my appointment I had last week to get it done, I know have a filling that has been partially drilled out and have been in extreme pain since I got to the outskirts of Dothan. Will never go back to this office and I will be telling any and all who might ask for recommendations for a dentist to keep them out of their sights. Thank you Dr. Parker for the waisted Monday and the extreme pain that I now have

Patients suffer when quantity is more important than quality. I missed my appointment yesterday for the first time ever but not being able to reschedule me till September is ridiculous. Then the lady telling me just not to floss the new crown until I can get in and be seen is setting me up for more issues. I’m not convinced a water pick will clean out everything like floss. It’s all about the almighty dollar now days instead of actually caring about patients.

When I first started with Dr. Parker We spoke of my insurance only paying a certain amount yearly. He said no problem we’ll send them a prior approval. Then I get a call for appointment. I get there and before he even started working on me I asked him if it was going to cost me anything. He assured me it “was not going to cost me anything at all”. I told him I was on a fixed income and couldn’t afford to have to pay anything. Again he assured me it wouldn’t cost me anything.
Well. After about a month or so I get a bill from his office for $312.50. I’ve talked to his office and seems I do have to pay it with no explanation as to why. I am 74 years old on a fixed income. His assistant also told me I wasn’t going to have to pay out of pocket. I am beside myself. Can only cry. How do people like this sleep at night?

I have never seen more unprofessional, rude, insensitive, immoral dentist's office like this one. Just greedy money chasers who cannot or do not know how to do the work and act like human beings with some sense. Just awful. You told my husband to pull his own tooth after you messed it up. His tooth and head was about to explode from the pain he felt. You did nothing. You could not even prescribe him pain killers. You did not deserve to call yourself professional dentist office. Your people on the line who suppose to assists you after work hours are rude and insensitive as well. People please stay away from this dentist's office if you want some real work done.
