The ladies at this shop are top-notch! I ordered a Christmas wreath for a funeral arrangement. I'm in Southwest Missouri, and the funeral is in Effingham. The arrangement was done by the next day, and they texted me a picture with copy of receipt so I could share it with all my coworkers who wanted to contribute. The wreath was BEAUTIFUL and will be a wonderful rememberance for our friend who will receive it after the service. Thank you, Flowers by Kirby!

To the male employee that delivered this arrangement to my daughter @ ST ANTHONY Hospital Saturday 12/11/21 after hours THANK YOU!!! I ordered this arrangement on your website online Friday 12/10 5:24 eastern time 4:24 central, & for next day delivery. Saturday @ 4:30 central NO delivery. I called this flower shop to inquire why, what, when? Sorry I didn't get the man's name but he took the info to call me back. He did call me back and said everyone is gone, Sunday they are closed. He said he could deliver it for me Saturday. I didn't want to put that on him so we agreed to delivery on Monday at my daughter's home as she would be discharged Sunday. I was not going to use this flower shop ever again & would leave a bad review. UNTIL!! 6:00 pm Saturday my daughter sends me a picture she had recieved the flower delivery!!! The employee went above and beyond!! He literally saved the day!! My daughter and I are beyond happy! I will order here again via phone. I gave 4 stars for the male employee/ florist/ delivery man Great job!! The plant and mylar are 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
