Keyton John A III DMD

My son got a horrendous toothache during the weekend and I knew that he would have to see someone first thing Monday morning. During the Covid, his regular dentist went ahead and went into retirement. You can just imagine how many places that I had to call, and how many that said they were not accepting new patients, or were just too backed up from being shut down during Covid. I called Dr. Keyton's office, and they got him in the same day. Not only did they get him in, his staff had the most upbeat and friendly attitudes about everything, and really put his mind at ease. My son will be using this office from now on. They are professional, friendly and do wonderful work. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Keyton is very compassionate and caring. His staff has always found a way to get my parents in when they have had a dental problem. His hygienists are just as amazing and his front desk receptionist is the perfect one to greet people and make them feel instantly comfortable.

AMAZING!!! I personally have bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. I had a emergency with one of my front #10 tooth it had broke In half and Dr.Keyton was the only one that got me in on a Thursday after a holiday and so gentle I have gained more confidence that I can get the rest of my teeth seen about, tooken care of and not have to worry about excruciating pain. It only took my 28 years but I think I finally found my family dentist. He is for sure a Diamond in the rough. I would recommend him to anybody, and my son will be seeing him as well.

These guy's are awesome! Having a dentist that's proactive and caring about my treatment encouraged me to take better care of my teeth. Dr. Keyton and his entire team are kind and compassionate individuals who simultaneously excel in their craft. Best dentist I've been to in 38 years (and I''m 38 y/o). Thanks guys!

My experience with Dr. Keyton has always been very pleasant. He is a very skilled dentist and is very kind. His staff are always very nice and helpful!

Had my teeth cleaned twice here and both times the staff were very friendly, on time, and professional. They took their time with me, were gentle, and I was comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend!

Went in with a broken tooth, Dr. Keyton repaired it immediately. Very professional, affordable and friendly office!!!

Best Dentist and staff I have ever had!

When Dr keyton first took over this practice I thought that it was going to be great, they took my cigna insurance. But then they went out of network with cigna and the receptionist did not tell me or I would have found another dentist that did take so i feel that they owe me back the money i paid since the receptionist didnt tell me they no longer took my insurance. I feel that they stold my money.Dr. keyton is so sweet I truly dont think hes aware of what his receptionist is doing to his patients so NO i would not recommend this practice unless you want to be taken full advantage of.They started charging me FULL price for procedures

Took 3 months for them to figure out my insurance wasn’t up to date and they didn’t want to deal with new insurance so I ended up paying for it out of pocket. Obviously, I'm partially to blame, but the time was stunning (I guess I shouldn't be surprised these days). I don’t envy communicating with insurance companies, but that comes with the territory. I will not be back. Dental hygenist and Dr seem ok.

I was just told 4-27-2023 by Dr. Keyton's receptionist that Dr. Keyton does not guarantee his work. This should be told before the job is done and not after. Dr. Keyton should put up a sign saying work not guaranteed. He applied a mixture he made up over my front tooth. He said not to eat for an hour. I came home and went to sleep because I was used up from the trip by transit bus, because I am disabled and the transit bus can take me in my wheelchair. When I woke up, what he had done was gone and more of my tooth had broken off. I still had not ate anything. He charged me another $240.00 to redo the tooth. When I said something about it, then I'm told he doesn't guarantee his work. What do you think? Do you think this is fare?

If you have time to waste, this is the place to go! Called 3 weeks ago for my son to have 3 baby teeth pulled. His appointment was today, they called yesterday and had him down for a cleaning instead of extractions. Go there today and was told the dentist refers his extractions out to an oral surgeon. Total waste of time. Drove 40 minutes to be told this. Rediculous

I've been trying to get my daughter in with this dentist since February. Her old dentist is no longer a carrier for her insurance. I was told I would be added to a call list, but never received a call. I've called and left voice mails also and never received a call back.

The receptionist was VERY RUDE she cut me off as I was trying to ask my question and yelled at me "When is your dentist appointment" and when I stated that I didn't have one she told me they didn't have anything until the beginning of the year and as I was talking she told me to hold to answer another call and never clicked back over. She also never stated her name and I worked in the health care field and we ALWAYS had to state our name when we answered the phone.

Been waiting several weeks for my refund of an overpayment of over $150 and continously getting the run around was told I could pick it up on a Thursday and when I got there basically called a LIAR and of course it wasn't there 😡😡😡😡
