My mom and I have shopped at this store for years and part of the reason we keep coming back is Nate. He's so kind and helpful and makes shopping there so easy. Even if we're not sure what fit we want we just describe it amd he finds it right away. He makes the store!

I ordered a jacket online and called the store for exchange. Marty was beyond helpful. His store did not carry it but helped me find it and did all the hard work all while greeting incoming customers. I’m very appreciative of his customer service!

Found two jackets that I had been looking for, since it was buy one get one free. Ended up being the same cost as buying online, but kept my dollars local, had the jackets in my hand now and had great service from the employee.

Levi's Outlet Store was GREAT! I purchased a new pair of denim shorts..and a new belt! The clerk in the store was really a nice guy..and he had a FLY haircut too!

Knows garments and Levi products well. Told him what type of fit I wanted, and he picked out perfect pants and shorts. Store is set up well. Sizes are easy to find. Glad I forgot my Levi’s going to beach which made me go to outlet store! A+++++

Absolutely amazing service and attention to every detail. They helped me put together multiple outfits for my husband. They also helped me with items that were greatly on sale as well. These gentlemen went out of there way with great knowledge of the Levi brand to make sure he will look so put together. But yet with a touch of old skool.

I had a problem with my fairly new 512s coming apart at the pocket, and though the manager had a number of reasonable excuses he could've used to avoid helping me with them, he did not hesitate to swap them out for a new pair off the shelf. Always optimal service at this location.

Great store with an awesome staff. Way more options than your local department store. Staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable about their products. Kurt, the store manager, obviously runs a tight ship and sets high standards.
