Walmart Pharmacy

The staff is awesome friendly and works hard. It’s a pharmacy and a quick service isn’t exactly quality focused so waiting for a few minutes to receive top notch performance is better. I’ve noticed most of the other customers are rude, disrespectful, and inpatient towards the employees. The employees maintains their professionalism during their disrespectful rages and gets the job done.

I have never had a bad experience at this Pharmacy. The wonderful people who work there are so helpful and answer all of my questions. I appreciate all that they do, and I let them know that I appreciate them. Top notch service!

The O'fallon Walmart pharmacy is awesome I moved recently and now I'm with Wal Mart Pharmacy in Litchfield, Il. and it's so different. I call in a refill and never hear back but with O'fallon Walmart pharmacy I get a text confirming my refill order then I get one when my orders are ready.

Okay I like Walmart Pharmacy they are very nice people I like getting my prescriptions there because the people there they tell you about strippers grapes and they tell you what it is and they explain it to you like a doctor would so that's why I like getting my prescriptions at Walmart Pharmacy because of the people they are very kind-hearted and they listen to you like a doctor would if you got a problem all you got to do is just ask and they can help you I assisting you on what meds to take to take care of the problem

The prices are awesome. Sometimes you might need to wait.... But ive never waited very long. Always been friendly on phone and in person.

Something really weird is going on at this pharmacy i only got half my dose of medicine filled that was prescribed to me. I called about it and their giving me my other half at no extra charge but shouldnt i have gotten my full dose of medicine filled the day i paid for them? Or at least been told that they only gave me half of the medicine and that i would have to come back later for the other half?

If there was a 0 star they would have gotten it. They are so incompetent it's ridiculous. They started giving me 1 week of Tramadol at a time then charged me 3 times the cost. It was not a new prescription either. Then the employees and corporate office told me it was a new federal law. I called my insurance company and researched the fda guidelines and found out they lied. It's Wal-Mart's policy and they are ripping off their customers. I transferred to Walgreens and haven't had 1 issue with them. Wal-Mart pharmacy in O'Fallon, Il. can't even transfer a prescription right. I'll never step in that store again.

As someone who has lost family members to Covid it is disappointing to see them allowing customers in without masks despite signs posted on the doors. Many staff members also do not wear their masks properly while working. I spoke with leadership who said it is Walmart policy not to enforce the state mandate requiring masks. It is truly saddening to see such a lack of care by Walmart concerning the health of their community and staff.

Incompetent customer service. This pharmacy kept my wife waiting for three hours and then only partially filled her prescription. They didn’t bother to tell her up front they couldn’t sort out their system or that they didn’t have an adequate supply of a common medication. This isn’t the first time either. Poor, really poop service, Walmart.

Worst pharmacy experience of my life. Arrived 4 hours after script was called in. Waited in line for 25 mins to be told that the script had not yet been queued and it would be ready in 25 mins now that I was in store. Waiting 50 minutes and counting.
