This is a business that you "DO NOT" want to do business with. I have been a customer with this establishment for over 15 years and recently had a motor replaced. The motor had bad heads and I visited the business over 10 tens during my 3-month warranty. They refused to replaced the motor and in the meantime they replaced the water pump and radiator to try to correct the problem. I had my care diagnosed at another establishment and they did a air compression test and told me the back three head gaskets were getting air and I relied that to Auto Rama within my warranty. They refused to replaced the motor and I'm currently in the process of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and suing for my expenses. Do not do business with this auto repair shop. They are not honorable. They buy used cars through an auto auction and take parts from cars and they lot to repair them and sales the cars to customers. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL.

I’m a resident in calumet city, Illinois this shop is the closest near my house and I’ve been to this place several times within the 2yrs that they have been open! The owner is very rude and No compassion for customers! I called in onetime and received a price for tire and when I made to shop and gotten the repair he put on an extra $5! Just came in today with a busted tire in cold with my children and I only had $40 in cash and Apple Pay (which they don’t accept) and the price of service was $45 and he wouldn’t take $40! I won’t say I’ve been a loyal customer but I’ve been there frequently when I just about had no other choice but to go here!!! The service and lack of respect and compassion on how ppl in the community who support this business is treated by these foreigners Should be Stopped!

0 stars Make sure you check your miles when purchasing a vehicle because the vehicle I purchased at 88,000 miles and two years ago it was 88,000 miles False advertisement and false miles they do not check the Carfax or any fax on their vehicles before purchasing
