Lake Street Church of Evanston

Wonderful place for a friendly, open religious environment with a terrific children's program' and music. Pastor is young, energetic and open to new ideas. He works heavily in the community. Church also houses homeless shelter.

A very welcoming and progressive, Christian church. Love the sermons. Nice old Gothic architecture, too.

Although it has Baptist roots, the membership is composed of people with many varied religious backgrounds, all of whom find Lake Street Church a comfortable and inviting place to call your own. If your religious journey is open to those who have traveled different paths to arrive at this place, you will find LSC a second home.
