It was great doing business with O&M Construction. They were able to get my chimney cap reinstalled just one day after I called them. They have extremely reasonable prices as well. Any time I need roofing work done they will be my first call. 10/10 would recommend

We had roofing issue and some indoor upgrading that needed to get done. Michael responded with returned phone call and provided an estimate in a timely manner. Both jobs completed professionally within a week. Would recommend highly!

Mike and his team were fantastic to work with for our roof replacement. He was patient and explained all the options and what was involved before the work was started. Mike and O&M were a pleasure to work with. I had some serious wind and hail damage to my roof and Mike worked with me every step of the way through the insurance process. He personally went up on the roof and took pictures of damaged missed by the assessor and made sure all the damage was covered. Mike and O&M did great work to replace the work. Quality is top tier, work was fast and efficient, service was extraordinary. I would recommend O&M to friends and family.

I was getting estimates for a new roof on my house and called these guys for an estimate. They came out right away and gave me a fair price. I saw that they are a young family small business which I like to support. They did a great job. They didn’t try to sell me on this and that. They only wanted to know what I wanted. Talking with Mike, the owner, and his project manager, I could tell they we’re focused first on customer satisfaction. They delivered on that.

Mike and his team were wonderful from Day 1 until the completion of the job. Mike is a very nice man and is eager to help everyone. They were very professional, kind, hardworking, and on time. My roof had some issues with multiple holes, old wood and sagging spots. They repaired all of the issues and did a complete repair of the house and garage roof. They did an excellent job. It looks beautiful and the roof color enhances the look of the brick exterior. They went above and beyond. I would and have recommended them to others. Thank God for Mike and his team.

First I'll say the customer service was amazing. TJ and Mike were very informative. After talking with them I actually changed what I wanted to do to the roof and went with their plan. The work turned out better than we expected. Grade A work at a very affordable price. After work was done he even gave me recommendations and price quotes on different things for my house. Their work was so good and price quotes were better, I actually cancelled other contractors to continue working with them. I recommend giving them a try. You will not be disappointed.

I am very pleased when I decided to work with Mike and his crew at O&M Construction after the tornado tore through my town in Woodridge. They were very professional, responsive to my needs with my property and on time when doing the work. They helped replace my roof, siding, windows, air conditioning and interior work. Mike and crew came on a short notice to help with a plumbing diagnosis and repair. Everything was working and cleaned up before they left. Professional, friendly, and explained what was fixed in layman’s terms to us. We will DEFINITELY call O&M in the future for any of our home needs!!! You should, too! Highly recommend!!!

I contacted Michael Moy of O & M for major work on my roof, soffit, gutters, and windows. He immediately sent someone out to view the house and even came out himself to confirm the scope of the work. We had a contract the same day. The work was done professionally and on schedule. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend O&M Construction. I thought I needed new gutters, so had them out for an estimate. They informed me that they were just clogged. They cleaned my gutters for a very reasonable price. Cannot thank them enough for thier honesty, quick communication and workmanship.

O&M is a top-notch family-owned business and my home is now secure and weather tight! Mike is an expert in the products used and the service provided and supervised each step of the project. He was daily either on-site, or checking in with his team and me. Excellent does not say enough. I had contacted and been approached by several roofing companies - Mike gave me the very best price, worked with my needs, and me and had the materials here and a permit on my door in days. The house needed more than just a roof and O&M made it all attainable without up charging for every decision - nothing was left undone. My home is on a wind-swept corner lot and I actually sleep better now with this work complete. Overall, the workers were prompt, and actually kind - they communicated with me and were really invested in the work quality and my happiness with the finished product! Cleanup was continuous throughout. O&M's pride of ownership, and excellent workmanship have restored pride of ownership to me in my home.

I texted Mike of O&M Construction for an estimate on a new roof, complete tear down and gutters on a Thursday evening (late), he responded immediately he would be out to my home the next afternoon. He showed up even earlier than expected which was great. I have had several estimates on my roof and pretty much knew where I stood money wise what was involved. He by far gave me the best estimate, and even gave me a generous discount. Since I needed new gutters, this was even better of a price than anticipated. After I signed on with him, the process was very smooth. The weather was a little iffy due to possible rain and high winds. Mike even gaged the best date to get my roof done, which was a great help since I had to things to get in order to get my roof done. Mike's crew showed up promptly as promised and started the tear down process and roof installation all in the same day. Mike arrived same day during all this and started to survey all the possible issues from my previous roof once the old was torn off. As he mentioned in the estimate, it's likely the amount wouldn't change. Even though there was some rotted plywood, he didn't charge me for it. I was very impressed with Mike, his crew, Lucas and the other guys. As a first time homeowner, this was the biggest project I've had done and he and his team put me at ease. Lucas also spent extra time cleaning up nails, etc. Since I have a dog, I was very concerned of any debris lingering in the yard. I can't recommend Mike and O&M Construction enough for a new roof or any other issue you made need resolved. I am very pleased with the outcome. Thanks, Mike & Team!

This company was the best experience I ever had with a contractor. It began with a roof leak in the middle of winter and shoveling the snow off the roof was the only option. No one else even answered the phone to help. After that, we had complete confidence in working with them. Mike worked with us to offer options for shingles and kept bringing us ideas. Even went out of his way to ask a neighbor what they had used. The job was perfect, he personally checked the site, and made sure we were satisfied. I am already thinking of new projects to work with Mike.

O&M construction replaced my roof and gutters on both my house and garage on October of 2020. Michael was great to work with. He was prompt and ,totally focused on my complete satisfaction.
