Eli was extremely patient with all my questions and made sure to take the time to explain what everything meant and what it does!! She’s an absolute life saver, I switched my phone from a iPhone 14 to the 15 max and couldn’t be happy with how I was helped and how sweet customer service was thank you again so much Eli!!!!

Desi was very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job helping us upgrade our phone and save us money!

The people that work here are awesome! They are knowledgeable and friendly at the same time. So they are willing to help and talk to you about phones on your level of expertise. Plus they never hassle me when I need to get my screen replaced so that is a big bonus.

I have had a cracked screen on my phone for the last 2 months because I have been DREADING going to get a new one. Chris at the Foothill location made my entire process of getting a new phone (and a fantastic iPad that he helped me realize I really do need!) completely painless and dare I say... enjoyable! He helped me bundle and save as well as find all of the products I was needing. He set up my phone quickly and was also so kind.

I just wanted Verizon to recognize Brian L, he is a great worker and he is extremely informed and up to date on everything happening at Verizon. I can definitely tell that he cares about the work he does. He saved my family money and spent well over an hour with me to explain certain plans. Normally I wouldn't expect such a great service but Devin was really great. I went in two different times and both times he made things simple and took his time. He never tried to sell me on anything I didn't need and answered all my questions. I've been having issues with Verizon directly and Devin is still willing to go out of his way to help. It's great to know that there's still people like this who take time to win customers over.

Nicholas was very knowledgeable, experienced, and has a sense of humor. We enjoyed our visit very much. One of the best phone purchases we've made.

Went into the store today and got the new LG Velvet from the manager Ryan. He got me a great deal on the phone and I was really impressed by the staff, who we're all wearing masks. The store looked really clean and it was a much better experience than I've had at Verizon store in the past. Thank you Ryan!

We have visited this store many times and always had outstanding service. Bridger helped us today and did a fantastic job - he was fast, asked a lot of questions, gave us his honest opinions and asked his manager for assistance when needed. Came in last Saturday to pick up the new iPhone 11 Pro Max, Jordan was awesome to work with! He was able to find one and get it transferred to the store within an hour and helped me navigate a difficult account issue in order to get me the phone quickly. No wait in the store and fantastic customer service. Going forward this will be the only Verizon location I will ever go back to.

I like going to this place to replace my constantly broken screen protector. During lunch, it is never packed to the point that I am usually the only one in there. The staff is friendly and helpful, they Don't give any Flack for coming in all the time to get it replaced. Smooth transaction.

I have been going to the Foothill Gowireless for years and all of the staff has been extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. Since I am not a technology geek it's nice to know I can come in and get the help I need. I especially appreciate Chase, Brent, Devin, Taylor, and Whitney. They have always been a great help. I had a business account with sprint for 10 years and was just curious about the difference in switching to Verizon. After stoping by and talking to Christian he completely won me over. He was very professional and showed me all the great business benefits and discounts. He made it a no brainer to switch and I highly recommend working with him.
