Just recently switched dental offices and I am extremely impressed with this office. Everyone was so kind and caring. Dr. Patel made sure I understood everything and gave me the best cleaning I ever had alongside her assistant. I felt very cared for and attended too. The Doctor and Assistant both took their time and explained things which I appreciated!

Happy that I switched dentist! It was very clean and everyone was nice and polite. Love that they have TVs over your chair so you have something to look at while they are cleaning your teeth. Dr Patel was very nice and made sure to answer any questions I had.

Every visit has been amazing! Staff are professional and down to earth. Never experienced a billing issue as I have at past dental office, everything has been exactly as explained. Been going to the Yorkville location for several years and Jesse does an exceptional job cleaning my teeth. Thank you York Towne Dental!

They are always so caring and nice. Great bedside manner. My kids actually like going to the dentist here and I don’t mind it either! They don’t try to pressure you into expensive work and really listen and work with you.

Place is amazing. A lot Dr Patel and staff have all been friendly and very professional. This is the type of dentist people strive to find.

Dr. Singh is amazing along with her assistant Jazmin. The girls up front, Marianna, Mariela and Gina are top notch as well!

It was my first time at York Towne Dental and it was a fantastic experience from whining to end. They are very friendly and communicative through out your appointment.

Dr Singh and my “dental hygienist” Jenny are the best in town. They make my visits feel like a home welcoming. I receive the best service and care when it comes to my treatments. I don’t mind the 3 hour travel from Indiana because of their thoroughness and honesty. ❤

One of The best experience I’ve had with dental care. Felt Dr. Patel was very professional and explained everything to me as she proceeded with my examination and cleaning. I feel I made the right choice when needing to find a new dentist.

Fabulous first visit. I am super high anxiety about going to the dentist and the entire team was amazing and immediately put me at ease. Proposed treatment was very reasonable and I am looking forward to my next visit! Christy and Jenny were especially wonderful! Thank you ladies!

The dentists and dental hygienists here are amazingly compassionate and very skilled. I had not been to a dentist in quite some time, but there was no judgment or shaming whatsoever. They took very good care of me and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family! The office is very state of the art and professional!

Jenny is an awesome dental hygienist! She is knowledgeable, gracious and a lovely person. I have only had positive experiences at this practice, going back more than a decade. Dr. Singh is one of the best!

My 3 year old daughter had her first visit today. I was amazed at how well she did all thanks to her amazing dental hygienist. She made my daughter feel at ease every step of the way. She explained everything to her and made the experience fun. She even helped keep her distracted and busy when it was my turn to have my teeth cleaned. It was a great experience all around and I am so thankful she was her dental hygienist!

Wonderful! Staff is great! Dr Patel removed a back molar that had cracked and was unable to be saved. She was so gentle! When leaving they were having a little one come in for his first dental. He loved it! I could of only wished that I had a Dentist office Team like that! Highly recommend!!!

My visit here for the first time was absolutely amazing. I had Jesse do my cleaning, xrays, etc. and he was fantastic. Going to the dentist has always been one of my phobias but on this visit I was calm and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend anyone who is apprehensive about going to the dentist to go try out York Towne Dental. Great people from the kind receptionist who greets you all the way throughout the rest of the team. Can’t say enough except a big thank you to all of the staff at York Towne Dental.
Just to add an update the last couple times I have had Jennifer as my hygienist and she is just amazing too. She shows so much care for you as she works, no discomfort or pain whatsoever. Just a wonderful experience talking with her. If you are the nervous type going to the dentist you will be totally changed by the way the staff cares for you. The young lady at the reception area is amazing as well. Friendly and smiling...such a warm personality and also very professional. I can't wait to see them all in another six months 😁😁😁 Thanks to all of you,

I recently started going here and each time has been such a great experience. The staff is so friendly and really take the extra steps to make you feel comfortable during your visit. Jenny the dental hygienist is AMAZING. So sweet and she says hello every time I stop in. The customer service is great. If you are looking for a new dental place, look no further!
