Deja was awesome, it was new years weekend when I came in and it was already getting late because they closed at 12 on Saturday and i got there at 11and she was just so helpful. I thought she was working by herself because I didn’t see her coworkers but i guess they was cleaning the cars. But she handled everything so well. Just wanted to give my appreciation.

Such an easy process from pick up to drop off. I had work done on my car next door, and love the fact that it was so close! Super convenient. The guy I worked with was friendly and again easy to work with. The vehicle was ready to be picked up when they said it would be. We did a quick walk around, gave a signature and off I went. Return was easy! I would gladly recommend their service!

They worked with me with my insurance. And they help out a car I can drive. This is the second time I've went with him. And I've had no probmoms. They're very friendly and kind.

Renting a car from Enterprise in Oswego was the best experience I’ve had for this type of service. I made reservations online a couple months in advance. I picked the car up without any issue and was not pressured with any additional services. I dropped the car off which was also easy. The staff at this facility was friendly, fast, and professional. I was charged exactly what I was quoted online and prices were very reasonable. I will definitely come here again in the future.

Dan and Dylan were very helpful. I turned my car in cause repair shop said my car was fixed. But then I found out they missed some stuff and I had to get my rental back. Dan was quick and able to get back to work in time without hurting my pocket. They are fast and reliable.

Benji was extremely helpful throughout my entire rental experience. He was very helpful, informative, and answered any questions I had.

Dan helped me out and got me into the perfect cat for my trip. Marquis took care of my return. Ben was also kind and helpful as well as another young man whose name I didn’t get. It was a great experience. Even though this location is not convenient for me due to distance, I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

This guys are just the best in customer service. I rent allot from enterprise but it’s my first time getting a car from this location, and I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of everyone here. Good job guys 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I had to rent a car through my insurance after an accident and this Enterprise was the best I’ve ever dealt with. Kieffer helped me out and it was super easy and quick which is not typical when renting a car. They extended my rental without a lot of hassle and everyone was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this location.

First time here. 1 week rental, picked up at store. Clean car, nice folks. No issues with car, no unexpected charges. They were very busy both on pickup and dropoff (and it was super hot out both days!), but they were still managing to work quickly. Thanks guys!

Rented a van. It was clean, staff was friendly. When they inspected the van before I left they thought it was a little dirty, so the cleaned it for me and left extra clorox wipes in each cup holder. Would recommend using this Enterprise.

Our experience at this location was great, Marquis Hamblet took care of us, he said he was a new employee but for a newbie he sure new his stuff, I highly recommend working with Marquis, will recommend him and location to others and if in need of there service again, I'm calling Marquis!! Came here to the Oswego location this morning after the run around from Naperville and Plainfield. The gentleman who helped us, Nolan, couldn’t have been more helpful, pleasant and accommodating. It was by far the easiest rental experience I’ve ever had. The car was exceptionally clean. We are able to drop off the rental vehicle where we are picking up our car, once our car is done being repaired. How convenient! There was another young man who was very friendly and helpful, Brandon. He said he isn’t at this location regularly, just here to help out today, but he also spoke very highly of Nolan (who might be the Mgr). Both gentlemen were very helpful and the ease of the whole process was VERY much appreciated. Thanks guys!

The family feel is exactly what you get at this branch. From great customer service to dependability and flexibility, Aly and his team will take great care of you. I can always count on them every time I rent, which is very often. I can’t give enough kudos to the team and will always frequent this branch!

The Rep that helped me was awesome! He should get a high five and a raise!!. Also maybe some gift cards or something. The car was great, clean and easy to drive. Love Enterprise and will only rent from you!

The guys are always cordial, and have accommodated me many times with quick service, and upgrades. Will return any time i'm in need of a rental. I'm still missing a garage door opener that i left in a car... but that was kind of my fault.. So I hope someday i'll be able to get it back. in any case, thanks guys! Keep up the good work!
