Extra Space Storage

I love extra space storage. I called the other day and spoke with Kathy. I was just trying to get a price. But Kathy was so nice and such a pleasure to work with. I ended up getting a storage unit right there over the phone just what I needed at a great price. Kathy is the best. I would definitely recommend extra space storage to anyone looking for some extra room.

Kathy and Mike have been incredible with the support offered at this location. There was one day my code wasn't working and Kathy came out in negative Temps and was incredibly patient helping me solve what the issue was. They are also incredibly helpful with changing unit sizes to save some money.

The customer service was top notch. The office people are incredibly cordial and storage units were very clean and well kept. My only con is where the code entry/exit box are located (awkwardly placed). It definitely wasn’t a deal breaker for the price I was paying.

Today I worked with Kathy, this woman impressed me, because my case was a little unusual I spent a longer piece of time in the office with Kathy, and she was just delightful. She worked with me and cheered me on as I climbed out of a nightmare situation. I can't thank you enough Kathy!

Mike was very helpful and took the time to explain the costing tiers for the different size units to me. He gave some very insightful information on rental unit options as well how the local storage facilities operate. Thank you for being so well informed as well being professional and friendly.

Mike was very helpful in making sure we got the right space. Very personable as well.

Recently the door on my unit was smashed in. The staff called me promptly and notified me of the damage to the door and the plan to resolve. It was repaired within a week. No damage to my items. They took good care of me.

The Extra Space Storage management team in Volo IL has excellent customer service. Both Mike and Kathy are very friendly and have been extremely helpful with setting-up my lease and storage container. Mike was very patient and knowledgeable when answering all my questions related to Extra Space Storage, the lease, and the storage facility itself.

Extra Space Storage bought out Clearhome storage which is my opinion was a good thing. Kathy, the new office manager is great. She has a good personality and is willing to help in any way that she can.

We love the new owners . Conscientious,,clean, and very courteous and trustful. Very happy with this company! Great place!

Safe and secure. Clean facility. New ownership is very friendly. They updated the security systems. The sheriff usually runs radar at the entrance to the driveway so there is added protection on the weekend! I would rent there again if needed.

The associate who assisted me (Kathy) was very helpful, patient and thorough.

Kathy waa wonderful today!! She did a wonderful make sure it was all set up!
