NCH Immediate Care Center

I wanted to thank the entire staff at NCH Immediate Care in Kildeer from the receptionist to the MA to the PA - Sonya. I took my little granddaughter for an urgent issue and they all couldn't have been nicer. We were treated very swiftly and they focused on easing her discomfort and getter her attended to. Thank you for your caring, considerate care.

My doctor told me to go to an ER for an ultrasound to rule out a blood clot. Instead, I went to the NCH Immediate Care Center. It was great! They have X-ray, lab, and ultrasound capability. The wait, while long, was so much better than an ER. Dr. Shah was terrific; he took his time, was sympathetic, and gave me good advice. The nurse was friendly and very good too. I highly recommend this center!

Went with a pain in my leg. Registration was very professional. Facility is fabulous. Dr Shah, Mary RN and Lisa at ultrasound were very expeditious. I was out in 90 min with a diagnosis. Highly recommended!

I am also a little perplexed by the negative reviews. I have been here a few times for various outpatient routine diagnostic tests and have been treated very pleasantly and professionally from start to finish. This new and impressive facility is split in half, with one side/entrance for outpatient tests/procedures, etc. and the other side urgent care. I can't personally speak to the urgent care experience. It isn't necessarily clear which part of the facility all the reviewers visited...

Honestly, I think most of the negative reviews are from the same person (note the creative names, similar language used and says they were submitted). Our family prefers this location over any other, and unfortunately we have had to make about 8 visits since they opened. The care has always been exceptional and thorough. I highly recommend.

Our experience today at the Kildeer urgent care was great! Doctor, Dr. Shah, and nurse Davora (sorry if misspelled) were excellent and very compassionate. I would highly recommend this facility. I have had other services at this facility and the technicians were very professional and caring.

Had to pay a visit with strained ankle, and had a great experience. They do care. Nurses did care about how I felt and what I needed and the doctor took time to explain and help me decide on treatment. They helped me getting into my car as I had difficulty walking. Wish things had moved a little faster though.

So far I’ve visited this location for the general practice, labs, cardiology, and mammogram. Every visit has been efficient, staff, doctors, and nurses are pleasant, and the wait is reasonable. Results from tests come in quickly. It’s nice to have a satellite location of NCH with so many options close to Lake Zurich.

I’m not sure about other reviewers but my experience here has been nothing short of exceptional. I have brought my daughter here for various, immediate gymnastics injury concerns and I was recently treated there as well. I didn’t wait at all, it’s a new facility and is modern and impossibly clean, and the staff top down is knowledgeable, friendly and kind!

Aside from not being able to make an appointment, this place was great. The doctor and nurse were extremely skilled and did a great job on cleaning an absus.

We went in June after our son sprained his ankle. The entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and quick. A major ankle and foot sprain but our son left laughing and happy. Thank you.

Checked on wait times before arriving. Took me right away and very efficient and professional.

I have been to this location several times over the course of a year for numerous tests. Each visit was fantastic with little to no wait time, knowledgeable and kind staff members. Love the location.

not sure what those one star ratings were but you always get those people. I had nothing but positive experiences there. Today i went in for a blood test and after only 8 mins of updating my file by Mary(great), i was in the waiting area for 30 seconds when i was called in by Edgar. He was professional, friendly and eased my needle phobia. It was quick and painless. Highly recommended and I dont give 5 stars willy nilly, but these people were close
