This place is really hit or miss for me, they usually don't have many popular items in stock. And often times the staff seems like they really don't know what they are doing, whether it be using the register or helping with makeup they are more often than not, unsure what to do. The staff also does not approach you to help at all which is nice sometimes but not how a traditional sephora is. There are cases where some of the employees are super nice and give recommendations so that makes the experience decent.

One particular employee was selective with who she would help. She was assisting a customer when I arrived so I waited until she was done to ask a question. However, she began talking with another employee that was off the clock. I waited a few more minutes then asked for assistance. The employee appeared irritated that her conversation was interrupted, I am the customer right? I received a very reluctant response and then the walked away, nothing like the interaction witnessed with the previous customer. Ultimately I located the products myself and found the same two employees continuing the non work related conversation. If I did not need the products that day, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
