Highly recommend their service! Michael quickly responded to my call about a sudden leak that started in my master bedroom overnight. He was at my house on time, diagnosed the issue, talked me through everything, and quickly and effectively repaired it. Can't thank him enough for his work! Definitely recommend!!

Mike, from leak stop was great.
He was honest and didnt try to sell work that didnt exist.
His knowledge, honest and punctuality makes him the man I would go to again with anything related to roofs.

Call these guys first. Next day service to look at and temporarily fix the roof, and a permanent fix when the weather improved, all at a reasonable price. Chris showed me pictures of the problem and explained the repair. Couldn't be happier.

I contacted these people to repair a leak. I was honest and told them I don't have the money right now. The man that came out gave me three options. I finally got the money and picked the middle plan for the repair. The man that came out to write the estimate became ill and things got delayed. It was my choice to go with them so I waited. I was assured this will take care of the issue for a few years. The man miswrote the repair order and they were going to begin work on the wrong part of the house. We cleared everything up and did the middle plan or plan b. The worker seemed a little smug when I asked if he feels this took care of the problem. He said I did what I was told. Was there something he noticed? He also recklessly tossed his ladder over my neighbors fence. I was looking forward to a leak free home. The leak kept coming in after the repair. When I called they said call the worker to see if he wants to look again at our roof. They passed the buck. Then wanted to sell more work. I am glad I found someone else who properly repaired the roof and seemed to care if it was done right. one more thing. After I contacted them about the repair not working they brought up a soft spot in the flat part of the roof that was never mentioned in the first place. Thanks for nothing leak stop roofing.

To be honest, I was disappointed with the overall experience. On one hand, the owner came out, we discussed the issue and his price was fair. So I hired them. Now he and I had a very specific conversation, including a discussion of a sketch I provided to define the optimal job as far as I was concerned. It involved putting a membrane roofing over a low pitch, and two high pitch sides, to insure that if we got another ice dam in the future, that the pooled water would not go through nail holes and into the house. I specifically instructed him to put shingles "on the edge" of the membrane roof. So when the formal quote came, it mentioned putting shingles over the high pitched area. I figured this was in line with our discussion. When I got home, I came to realize they shingled over the entire high pitched area, not just the edge of the membrane. This was a pointless exercise, since it was more work for them, and if water pools again, it's gonna go right through the nail holes on the lowest shingles on the high pitched portion (where low pitch meets high pitch). Thus accomplishing nothing. I really assumed that the owner and his worker would have been in better communication on this matter. It should not take a roofing novice (me) to point out a shortcoming to their solution. I raised this concern, was told someone would contact me, and no one ever did.

Update: Not only did no one call me, but I sent the sketch that I discussed with the owner (when paying the bill) to remind them of the job that was supposed to be done. This was the precise sketch we discussed and agreed to. I am sure he remembers now. But still no call. Guess he's taking the money and not accepting responsibility. I took the high road and paid the bill. Why can't he take the high road and admit a mistake?

I would stay away from this organization. If you can't admit you made a mistake, that is not good. We all make mistakes. Better to be able to admit it and resolve the matter in some way.
