Just wanted to make sure that I went out of my way to complement both Jason and the entire team at Alpine automotive. Have had the pleasure of working with them for the better part of 15 years and they always go above and beyond. Quality workmanship, highly knowledgeable, and reasonable/fair pricing. Would highly recommend!!

As always, it is a great experience at Alpine. Everyone is very friendly and I always feel that Jason does his best to provide only the repair and maintenance that is needed. He is someone you can truly trust - which is hard to find these days!

I was in a car accident and Alpine was the tow Company that was called. The tow staff are very friendly and professional. It was nice to deal with such great people while dealing with the trauma of a totaled car and insurance.

When building a business trust is key and I feel they work very hard at customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of trust with their customers.

I've been going to Alpine Automotive for a couple of years now. Developing trust with a mechanic has been difficult and upon visiting Alpine they quickly earned by trust. They properly explain the issues they see and advise on what should be done now and what could be delayed. They get the work done in a timely manner and their pricing seems reasonable to me. Recommend giving them a try.

you get what you pay for, now can you find a cheaper place to do car repairs "Yes" however you will not get the customer service or the satisfaction that your vehicle was done correctly the first time!
Alpine has been working on my cars for a few years now and I have never had an issue or experience less than what I expected.

From WI and staying in Lake Zurich with Friends last week. We were headed back to WI Sunday and had some car issues. We were able to schedule an appointment online Monday morning. They did a great job diagnosing the issue and we were headed back to WI Monday Afternoon.

Jason and his team did a great job. They were personable and pleasure to work with. They kept us updated and provided us with prompt professional service. I highly recommend them for any Auto Service needs. If we are in the area again and have an Auto issue they will be my first call.
And I will tell people that we know if they are in the area and have any Auto Needs to call Alpine Automotive.

Just had my first repair done by Alpine and couldn’t be happier. Jesse and the Alpine team were able to accurately diagnose the cause of my battery dying every day as well as my touchscreen center console not functioning. Diagnosis was a malfunctioning radio causing the parasitic drain on the battery and the bad touchscreen.

They gave me a temporary solution to having to jump start my car every day until the parts arrived for the repair, and had the work done in a very timely manner. Communication from Alpine was fantastic throughout the whole process, and I now have both of my issues completely resolved for a very reasonable price.

Thank you for the time and effort you put into my car, it is very much appreciated!

Hagerty Classic Car Roadside Service sent Alpine Towing to pickup our car with a flatbed. It was in a parking garage and took some effort. The driver was punctual, professional, and a very nice young man!
