I used 4 Exterior for two projects in April and August 2023: roof replacement and fascia/frieze board/soffit replacements. Karol, the owner, helped us with the some design ideas, as well as the picking the right materials for the job. He has a very good eye and his solutions were better than ours.
Karol was very professional, on-time, excellent communication and fantastic job outcome. I highly recommend the company!

4exterior replaced our roof, siding, fascia and gutters. They were upfront with material and color options, unlike others estimates, which allowed us to get a custom look with the best materials. Their estimate amount was easily the best among 5 estimates. Karol was very informative, personable and easy to work with.

Karol and his crew are amazing. I can’t say enough about the quality of their work.. He was punctual, professional, prompt and clear in his communication and gave us the best price by far. When I say by far, I truly mean it. I got estimates from 5 companies, and out of the 5, Karol’s price beat them by a landslide. Don’t look any further for siding, soffits, and fascia replacement. I got 5 estimates for total siding replacement with Hardie board. 4Exteriors was the lowest estimate by 18% over the next lowest bid and a solid 30% over the highest bid. Plus the job was completed in three days by a very hard working and experienced crew. Everyone involved with the project was easy to deal with and committed to an excellent finished product. Karol was great to work with! He was super responsive, organized, efficient and his team completed a high quality roofing repair. 4 Exterior replaced my roof and siding, and also capped my window frames with aluminum trim coil. I obtained several estimates from reputable contractors. 4 Exterior offered a better price, and that's great. But that's not what stood out. When you deal with 4 Exterior, you are dealing with the owner, Karol. He is the most responsive, attentive, and service oriented contractor I have ever hired. He knows the work inside out, and his crew works quickly and efficiently to complete the job without delay. Karol is onsite at regular intervals during the job to make sure everything is proceeding as planned, and will take whatever time you want to discuss the work and answer questions. He is truly the epitome of an honest, motivated, and hard working small businessman.

4 Exterior reroofed my house this spring and I am very happy to recommend Karol and his company to anyone who needs roofing work. Karol clearly explained what needed to be done, offered options and provided a very competitive bid. Within a short time, Karol had completed the permits and given me a start date. His crew arrived on time and worked very efficiently. My roof looks great and the crew’s cleanup was excellent. Karol came back a few weeks later and installed the new shutters I had ordered. We hired 4 Exterior to replace our siding, soffit & fascia and gutters. From our first contact with Karol, we knew that we were dealing with a professional company. Karol was a very good listener to our needs and he offered a few insightful recommendations that resulted in work that exceeded our expectations and a price that was much better than the other three quotes that we received.
His crews worked hard to finish the job in two days. They were punctual and cleaned up well after completion. Great step by step communication throughout the estimate and scheduling process, which is much appreciated. Good quality efficient workmanship, first rate materials. Karol was on-site to supervise, monitor and review the work. Did a great job cleaning up the site after the work was done. Very good competitive pricing.

Karol is fantastic. I had very high specifications for the work to be done on my house and Karol exceeded my expectations. His communication is phenomenal.

He uses the best materials on the market, charges less than his competitors who quoted me for inferior materials, honored a coupon he did not need to, and lastly, did additional work above and beyond the quoted work and price just to ensure I was satisfied and that it looked nicer.

The work done on my house was: roof, siding, soffits, fascia, gutters, and tuckpointing.

10/10 - I would recommend 4 Exterior to anyone.

Karol and his team did a full roof, siding, soffits and gutter job for us back in November of last year. Karol provided a very competitive price quote and his guys were prompt, courteous, and did an overall fantastic job. We love our "new" house and I highly recommend 4 Exteriors!

We had hail damage on our siding that our insurance company agreed to fix. I contacted 4 Exterior, along with other companies. We choose to go with 4 Exterior for several reasons. The owner Karol was very easy to work with and knowledgeable on what options I had. His quote was also within the same estimate our insurance company was willing to pay. The other companies were aggressively attempting to have me use their services and trying to have my insurance company pay more for this claim.

The team from 4 Exterior that worked on my property did a great job and I am very happy with their work. They were really quick and cleaned up after the job was complete. Karol was on-site to help answer any questions I had during the job. I couldn’t have been happier that I found them from a flyer in the mail and decided to call them. I would definitely use 4 Exterior for any siding, roofing, windows & door needs I might have in the future.

When I first bought my house Karol was referred by my real estate agent to get a quote on making some minor roof repairs. At that time, he advised that he takes on full roof replacement projects, and due to the age of the roof the repairs didn't make sense. When we were ready to finally do a roof replacement, we got quotes from about 5 companies, and Karol's quote was the most reasonable price for the exact same shingles. He even showed us MANY examples of the roofs his team had completed within our own neighborhood so we could get a preview of what we'd be signing up for. The most amazing part about the job was how quickly he fit us into the schedule, and how FAST his team worked to replace the entire roof. They completed it in 1/3 of the time our neighbor's roofing contractor took! It was a very dedicated, hardworking team. We were very pleased throughout the entire process.

I contacted 4 Exterior after watching them work on a similar house in our neighborhood. We needed T-111 wood siding removed and vinyl siding installed along with soffits, fascia and gutters. I solicited multiple bids and Karol's bid was very competitive. 4 exterior team is great at communication and get the project done on time. They've finished shutters replacement project earlier than we expected which is awesome. They carefully listened the needs and made suggestions which is so helpful when it comes to color and material picking. The pricing was very affordable and the quality of work is the highest.
