Thank you so much to KM construction for all of the amazing work you put into our family home. Your company advocated for us from the very beginning when no one else would. You provided great support thought the entire insurance claim process and you were so patient. I have spoken very highly of my experience with your company to everyone I have talked to. I am so grateful we stayed local and supported one of our local businesses as well! Our home looks beautiful and the teams that came to complete the work were very professional and clean and the process was so smooth on our end. I cannot say Thank you enough for everything you have done for our family!

Victor and his team at KM Construction greatly exceeded my expectations. The team was easy to reach & schedule with, punctual, professional, they put the customer first, and are true experts. Victor was thorough and efficient in his inspection, sharing details that reflected a clear understanding of our concern. He had cutting edge tools ready for the job (tools I was not aware existed) and provided time to answer questions and give excellent recommendations.

Clearly identified. Very professional. Consulted with me on several occasions. Ziggy showed up to my surprise. Did an outstanding job with the roof replacement. When it comes to choosing someone to do the work, everyone knows someone, referrals came in like the leak in my roof. But after being overwhelmed with recommendations I went with someone I know, as anyone would, even tho he recently got into storm restoration sales, Austin C, to me … has always been an honest guy, lives in the shoes of the consumer and after going back and forth with my insurance company like a newly married couple would over dinner options, the guys at KM got the “good neighbor” to go from saying one thing to keep in their word. I’m so happy that I’m super bowl Sunday my boyfriend and I don’t have to worry about the roof falling in on our family. You won’t go wrong with them, unless you choose to wait long!!!!

KM Construction were amazing with every aspect of my roofing, and fascia install. They were extremely professional with what and how they were going to install my new roof, with a virtual tour of the process, and all the certifications that they hold, and the warranties with GAF. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking to have a new roof installed, and don't want to worry about quality. Hands down very satisfied with them, and will use them again in the future for other exterior projects.

KM did a fantastic job on our roof replacement. They actually fit us in a week earlier than scheduled. They are VERY fast! Our roof is massive, and they had 95% of it done in one day! Everyone involved was great to work with, and I highly recommend them.

I'd highly recommend KM Construction. Ziggy and his team were superb -- professional, responsive and extremely competent in all aspects of the project. I had them install a new roof, Hardie board siding and new gutters in the spring/summer of 2021. I'm extremely happy with the work they did. I won't hesitate to hire them for additional work in the future

Update Nov 2017 - I have another property and the roof started leaking after a bad storm. I was out of town at the time and called Victor and despite being crazy busy after the storm he managed to get someone out to tarp the roof to prevent further damage. When they replaced the roof they provided the same great professional service as when they replaced the roof on my main residence. You can't go wrong with KM construction!

Aug 2016 I couldn't be happier. Ziggy, Victor and team were awesome. Great communication, great price and the job is excellent. Job was done quickly and they cleaned up all their debris. I would highly recommend their services.

I am very happy with the work done by KM Construction - new roof and gutters on my house, plus new siding on my garage. It looks great! The crews worked hard over two days to finish the job, and did a great clean-up.

We had a great experience working with KM Construction on our new roof. They gave us a very fair price and finished the entire job in a timely manner. They took care of getting permits and used high quality materials with 50 yr warranty on the shingles. Would recommend them without hesitation!

Km construction was amazing with the installation of our new roof. From the very beginning, they where very professional and informative in the entire process. After several quotes from other companies, it gets frustrating finding the right one. Trusting the right company with a new roof can be challenging, but I was extremely fortunate to have found KM Construction. The Glenwood shingles look amazing!

Victor at KM Construction was great to deal with and always got me to me promptly whenever I had a questions. They did an excellent job on re-roofing my home. They also replaced gutters and window cladding that was damaged due to a hail storm. They are also very knowledgeable in dealing with insurance companies. Highly recommend!

KM Construction just replaced our roof and gutters. I highly recommend them for their communications and quality of work through out the project. Their crews completed the job quickly and cleaned up the site. Very satisfied with the finished product.

They were great to work with! They were upfront with the costs and answered all questions promptly. Spending the amount of money it takes for a new roof always makes me nervous and Victor never seemed annoyed and took the time to explain everything, even stopping by an extra time to make sure I had answers to all my questions.

We had gotten multiple quotes and inspections and after doing more research found that a couple of the companies were kind of shady, but Victor instilled confidence and professionalism from the very start.

When the time came for the job, it was quick and clean and looks amazing!

We were struggling with a chronic roof leak from a relatively new roof. The company that put the roof on was a challenge to work with and kept putting bandaids on the problem that resulted in continued water leaking into our house.

We decided to seek out another company who would be willing to solve the problem correctly, as it was going to be an intensive job to fix what had been done wrong. Some companies we contacted weren’t interested in taking on the risks associated with what, for them, was fixing a problem someone else created. But KM was different.

They came and gave us a quote, and also detailed what they would do to resolve the issue for good. Victor was prompt to get back to us and very professional to work with. They were able to fit us in within a few short weeks, and even stayed working late on a Friday in order to finish the job before the next rain. That are of our roof looks completely different and is now protected as it should have been from the start, thanks to KM. We wish the previous homeowners had taken more care in who they chose to install the roof, but when it comes to our time to do the same, we won’t hesitate to be back in touch with KM.

Ziggy, Victor and the KM team did an awesome job re-roofing for us and my wife and I are so pleased. I initially reached out to them because they hand nail, but I also reached out to some other roofers as well. By far KM was the most responsive and timely in all of their interactions and communications as well as extremely prompt in coming out for the initial re-roofing estimate. Several other roofers I reached out too, not so much. KM also came in at the lowest bid. They were very professional, started on time, finished on time and did a great job cleaning up. I definitely will recommend checking them out. Thank you very much KM!
