My experience walking in outstanding experience at Midas Repair Shop in Lake Zurich, Illinois. The staff was very helpful and guided me through what I need for my vehicle. From the moment I walked in, their team helped me with providing a phone charge when my phone was on 2%. I highly recommend Midas to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy automotive service. Great positive attitude, I will be coming back to this location again.

Coming from a family of mechanics, I've always had trouble finding a place I could trust and rely on outside of my family. This Midas is hands down the best automotive care experience I have ever had. They are fast, transparent, honest, and truly the best customer service and care you can find in the Chicagoland area. I recommend them to EVERYONE. For example, I needed to trade my vehicle in to purchase a car same day, and had some final last-minute maintenance items to complete. When I called them in the morning, they made sure they were there to help despite having a full workload that day. Don't go anywhere else and waste your time. This is THE place for Lake Zurich.

It was my first time into this location and it was such a great experience that I had to leave a review. Bill assisted me right away when I walked in. He was very knowledgeable and helped me navigate the issues with my car. Him and his team provided unmatched quality and service. I will most definitely be returning.

First time coming to get my oil changed they did it quick, not gonna lie. Super fast and easy once paid and given the receipt. Also had my tires sorta flat from the cold time and they filled my tires too!! Awesome experience

Joe was awesome. He was able to get my car in quickly and told me multiple times that they’d fix it same day if it wasn’t a complicated fix. There was no pressure to get something repaired. We always have a great experience at the Lake Zurich Midas. Thanks Joe!

Very hard working guys! They will do their best to help you out with all mechanical problem on your car! Used them a few times now to do some repairs on my Mazda 5. Very happy with the results!

LZ Midas is the best! Everyone there is so friendly and they always do amazing work on my Jeep! The prices are affordable but most of all I trust them, they explain everything and truly care. Definitely recommend.

On February 26th I stopped at the Midas at 888 S Rand Rd to see if they would be able to attach my new license plates.
Joe helped me and he was so nice and friendly. I live in Schaumburg but will definitely drive to this midas in Lake Zurich for an oil change or anything else I may need. It's worth the drive.

Joe & Brian have been especially helpful in getting me in quickly to look at any issues that have come up, making sure the work is done right (and efficiently), and offering tips on keeping everything running smoothly!

Came in with the car making a troubling noise, and they diagnosed and fixed it within an hour. Price was excellent as well. Top notch all the way around.
