Michelle was amazing! I came in and she was working with two customers and focused her attention and greeted me as I walked in. She led the transaction smoothly, all while taking care of the other customers and I. This location has handled all my needs throughout the years and I can’t recommend a better UPS to do business at!

The staff at this location are exceptional. On numerous occasions I've watched them expertly handle a long line, always thanking people for their patience, greeting new customers, and working as fast as they can. I'm in here a lot and I just appreciate how they make another annoying errand as pleasant as possible.

The people who work here are always friendly and I haven't had any issues with packages not being delivered

Just came here for a notary service and honestly I must say the store is nice and clean and very organized. Idk why there’s so many negative reviews for this location. I use to work at fedex office similar size to this store and I believe it’s just the area of people that make it negative NOT the employees because Isabel was very nice and helpful! As well as the older woman that was with her. Thank you! you guys are top tier!

I enjoy coming to this location, it is very convenient, and the manager knows what she is doing. It is hard to find someone so young with an amazing work ethic! I recommend this place to all my friends/family. If you are ever confused and unsure on a shipping place, this is the location to go.

Rating five stars because I walked in and was greeted with a huge smile and a very very sweet employee. Wish I got her name, she brightened up an otherwise boring package drop off.

I went into the store today to drop off a return. Store was busy but both employees working hard. Nicole was the person who helped me at the counter and she was very nice, helpful and fast with helping me.

Not going to lie, but when I pulled up I thought they were closed down. I'll attach a picture to show why. Other then that, it's always a great experience coming here to drop off my packages. Not only are they fast but they are efficient. Have never had a problem dropping off with them, and always seems to be 2 people working so you never have to wait long. I'll continue to use them as my UPS store as long as they are there.

This location is my favorite to use for my bakin business, when ship my Thickalicious cookies. Michelle is always so awesome and helpful!

This guy was awesome! Came in with a pile of equipment I needed to ship out to employees and the guy there was extremely helpful. I had nothing preprinted because most items were to big for the online shipping options. He found boxes, and accommodated everything that was needed to ship right there on the spot. It took probably a good 45 min to get it all done. Great attitude, and highly recommended!

The owner and staff were wonderful. They packaged my sons tv and personal belonging after his death and took care of all shipping arrangements. The owner is also a 25 year Army Veteran. God Bless him and his staff.
