Goodwill Store & Donation Center

The Yorkville Goodwill is my favorite store. The store is always clean and organized. The staff are efficient and pleasant. Any of the 1 star reviews should be taken with a grain of salt. I myself have seen a Karen who called the police there for no reason except to cause unnecessary drama because she didn't get her way. If you enjoy a safe, affordable place to shop come here but it you're a nit picking, complaining pain in the behind go elsewhere.

It was my first time there, and staff was friendly and answered questions I had about where things was located. I needed a little more time in there. But I plan to go back.

Really like any other Goodwill. Also, we're in the middle of a pandemic, of course you have to wear your mask??? This place is completely fine. I've never had any trouble with the workers either. They're just enforcing the rules that they HAVE to enforce. Please don't take your anger out on them. Anyways, i always find really cute things here. From fun little statues to comfy clothing, this place is definitely my go to for nice affordable clothing.

This is one of the better goodwill stores in the local area. I've been to 7 or 8 stores in the region and this one is very clean. The staff even though busy in the large store are always helpful. If the checkout gets too long they always have staff to help speed up the process. There are new items every time I venture to this store. Great Place.

This Goodwill has good merchandise turnover with occasional Target clearance. Things are usually clean and well organized. Staff is friendly. Unlike some other locations, it isn't overly crowded and the checkout line moves quickly.

I've shopped here multiple times over the last couple months and have always come away with huge scores. Also, on weekends, you can get discounts on their already super cheap stuff if you sign up for their membership-card-thingy. I signed up several months ago and haven't received any junk mail or spam calls, so no worries.

Friendly helpful staff at this location and very well managed store.

This location is very organized and clean. Large selection of clothes, shoes, and furniture. Other items include: toys, puzzles, kitchen appliances, books, and collectors / higher end items in glass securuty cases.

The donation drive-up & drop-off outside the main store is brilliant. No worry drop-off because it's well staffed and ready to help unload your items.

Goodwill has put much thought in upgrading the shopping and donation experience. I shop here often and always find a bargain.

I highly recommend Goodwill and this well managed location.

Lots of good deals place was not very well organized but it was very very busy lots of turnover awesome people though they were nice and helpful

Out of the many Goodwill stores I've gone to, I believe this one is my favorite! Lots of times I've left here with a cart full of items! The merchandise is set up well and organized. LOTS of clothing items to choose from; not only are the clothes separated by color, they're also separated by size which is a huge benefit! The store is clean. The employees are helpful and friendly, although sometimes it's hard to find an employee to let you in the fitting room. Whenever I'm in town, shopping at Goodwill in Yorkville is at the top of my list!

Have purchased many brand-new items with tags still on them: decor & clothes! Brand "name" purses, for under $10! Etc..fun just walking through & looking, at all the things I want to buy, but, Lol don't have room for!

I almost always get lucky at this Goodwill location. I found a Steve Madden jacket with an original tag of $109 still on the garment. I always go on Wednesday to get my senior discount. Today was a good day for me at Goodwill.

everybody who is pressed about wearing a mask , ur retarded. wearing a mask is not “freedom of choice”, when did the health field become a standard of politics ? covid is a serious issue and is at a peak due to the cold weather , a business has every right to turn ya’ll away for not complying to their rules vaccinated or not. anyways goodwill workers carry on :) <3

Excellent store with very affordable prices. It can be a bit hard to find variety in the clothes, but overall pleased with the store. Thankful that this exists in Yorkville and gives an alternative option to expensive stores like Kohl's / Target.

The store is very neat and tidy, the clothes are clean, and everything is at a nice price! I even found a hood scarf that I had been looking at Walmart and Target these last few days, and it looks like new!!!

I rate this GoodWill store as very good.
They have a nice selection of name brand clothing. Overall, the facility is large & clean & prices are pretty low.
I donate there too & always come away feeling happy about purchases I make.

Absolutley EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I was in desperate need of a pickleball racket and Savannah went out of her way in assisting me to find the perfect racket. I was brought to tears at how kind and helpful she was. If anyone gives this goodwill less than a 5 star review, they are stupid and dumb. I will most definetly be back to this store for all of my pickleball-related needs!

The workers were very nice and they actually clean the shopping carts. I found what i have searching for a long time too 😊

Nice store, very clean, friendly personnel and lots of good deals. Also, ample parking.
