A delayed review.. But. Wonderful and fast customer service. I have never had an issue with my coffee and my food. I love that they are very courteous and not in the rush to get to the person behind you.

Always amazing. My favorite place to go for ice cream.

Friendly services are good icecream

Great B&R/D&D....I get my coffee here on a daily basis and they have some of the best people working there (Haley is particularly kind). The morning crew is sometimes grumpy and less than cordial but it is 5am when I walk in so it is understandable, though I do wish they were just a bit nicer in the morning. Overall a great place and they always make my coffee fresh if I request it.

Tiny but decent place. I like that they have a few ice-creams that have nuts in them and that they let you taste the ice-creams before making up your mind. It has an attached Dunkin Donuts; the ice-creams are somewhat reasonable, however the other items / sandwiches etc are fairly expensive here.

Always seems less than clean. Staff were courteous and friendly. Supplies of ice cream sundae ingredients are questionable. Always seems like they “are out of it.” You can get ice cream but nothing else. Utensils always seem to be low on stock. Dark gloomy and scary parking lot. Questionable people loitering outside the front door.

84 degrees on a Friday night & they decided to stop serving ice cream at 7:30p because “their manager told them to”? WTH?

Not only does the inside look unorganized their whole system is unorganized as well. I went in there looking to place a cake order on Saturday for a cake that I needed on Wednesday and I had went in myself to place the order and everything was set. Then I receive a phone call Tuesday morning, today, the day before the birthday, telling me their cake maker has apparently been sick all week and they have to cancel my order.
They waited four whole days and the day before the birthday to tell me this and any other Baskin Robbins or even Dairy Queen needs 48 hours in advance to place a cake order. However based off other reviews it seems they made this up, because they don’t make cakes anymore and their workers who placed the order for me are not aware of this.

I've been hereAt least four times in the last 3 months. They either close early(half hour before posted hours), twice they've been out of chocolate ice cream, or the shake machine is broken. I'm surprised their still in business.

Tried to order a cake for my sons birthday online, but it wouldn’t work. I called the store and he kept cutting me off saying no no no we don’t make cakes no more. Very rude customer service.

Ice cream is supposed to close at 9 but they close at 7:30 every night. Even called and asked and the girl said “we close at 9....but sometimes we close at 8:30. Got there at 8 and they were already closed. They turned my family and 3 other cars away. Hope management knows they’re losing customers because of this.

This store advertised that they closed at 800 pm. We got there at 700 pm and the teen behind the counter said we have to close Baskin Robbins part early at 700 pm. We got there right at 700 and the Baskin Robbins was already shut down which means the kid closed earlier than 700. Don't leave teenagers in charge of your store!!!
