Very honest people.

Although I did not end up buying a Ford, I would’ve only considered buying a Ford at Victor Ford, despite there being several Ford dealers closer to where I live. Mark was very helpful in showing me a used Explorer ST and Ric, the sales manager was polite and not pushy, which is great because I hate the hard sell. I would recommend any of my family or friends try Victor Ford when in the market for a Ford.

Dealer personnel were very easy to work with, super friendly and very helpful. Made us feel like a true customer that they valued and appreciated.

Came to my residence to do a campaign that was required. Great communication prior as they offered some options to do so. The technician had seen a new set of wipers in vehicle and asked if I wanted them installed while they were checking the warranty campaign. Texted back when it was completed and letting me know when they were done and were leaving the residence as I was in a meeting. Great service Victor Ford above and beyond.

We found ourselves in an unexpected situation. We were on vacation for the holidays visiting and our car died forcing us to look for a new one. We were hesitant in finding a new salesman. We stopped by a few other dealerships and didn't feel encouraged by their sales tactics.

Two other dealerships tried to sell us vehicles and then when they showed us the numbers had tacked on $10,000 - $15,000.

We had our heart set on the new ford Maverick but couldn't find a reasonably priced one.

After calling 60+ dealerships in 4 states we found Viktor. When I called and was put in touch with Mikey B. the coolest cat ever! He made the impossible possible.

They had just had a cancelation on a Maverick and made our dreams a reality. We worked with Mikey B and Rick and they were fantastic! We loved their personalities and honesty and they were genuine and clearly not trying to screw us like a couple of others we had visited that turned us off.

Mikey B did not disappoint. He practically jumped through hoops for us and made the impossible possible. They got us approved and the paper work done quickly. Everything was a go! He is detailed, communicative, professional and truthful. Never once did he seem pushy or try to oversell the vehicle. It's the hottest car on the market and they didn't over charge or talk us into buying it.

When we got there to pick up the truck and meet the guys in person. We were impressed to say the least. Turns out Mikey B is even cooler in person than we expected. He is a cool rockstar type that can literally talk about anything. He is super personable and you just want to be his friend! He easy to find common ground with and very playful and fun. We felt very comfortable with him and taken care of.

The dealership was nice, quaint, and clean. Everyone was wearing a mask unlike others we had been to. Very personable, presentable, and professional. Mikey B was as excited for us as we were and was just a cool rad hip dude! We spoke to a few other employees as it's a smaller dealership and everyone was very nice.

They had everything ready for us upon arrival. They made the process quick and easy. Everything was exactly the way it should have been. It was very impressive how smoothly they handled everything. In and out!

They probably don't need my review because they already have outstanding service and everyone knows it. But if you want to find honest salesman that aren't pushy or overselling empty promises.

I had a recall on my Ford Escape and a Service Tech came out to my house and repaired it the same day I called. Great service, very nice, professional and easy to have critical repairs taken care of!

After, going to many different dealerships in search of a new Truck, I came across Victor Ford’s 2021 Ford Ranger Tremor I saw they had online. I contacted them online and Mark contacted me promptly in regards. Mark was very informative and helped me with the process of trading in my 20 Mustang GT PP1. I loved my car but needed to slow down and get back into a truck. Everyone from sales to management and even finance had a very easy going no pressure attitude. They worked with me very fairly on my trade in and the msrp price of the new truck. They didnt bait and hook on their pricing and it was a no hassle, easy going, smooth trade from start to finish. Yesterday, I had the exciting opportunity to take delivery of a brand new Ford Mach E Premium AWD. What an amazing vehicle and an amazing team at Victor Ford. Ric, Mark L. And the whole sales team have been amazing through the entire 10 month purchase process. If you ever want to work with a car dealership where you are not just a number on a tally board, it is at Victor Ford. This is the 4th car I have purchased for Victor. I will never go anywhere else… Ask for Mark L!

Victor Ford hit it out of the ballpark for us. We ORDERED an Explorer ST because we wanted a bench seat and no sunroof.
They GOT IT for us in 8 weeks at a little less than MSRP. No other Ford dealer in our area came close.

When our truck was finally delivered to the dealer from the factory, Ron Bachman and the crew at Victor, went out of there way to make sure they could get the dealer supplied items installed ASAP so we could take the truck on our trip later in the week. Chris Myers and Ron did a great job with the delivery process and it seemed to go relatively quick compared to other deliveries at other dealerships.

Awesome service Department. Their Service Manager always gets done what he promises. This is the only dealership we will take our fleet to for service.

Absolutely best car buying experience to date! I have been through quite a few but I was truly impressed by this dealership. Specifically, Brian Hendershot, who was more than professional, courteous and very easy to work with. No hassling, no aggressive sales techniques and I was never made to feel like an inconvenience or unintelligent. They said they are a family business and made me feel like I was a part of it. I HIGHLY recommend Victor Ford to anyone and everyone. I purchased a 2016 Ford F150. Despite it being a used vehicle, the dealership cleaned it and made it seem brand new. Not to mention they only buy vehicles that are gently used and in top condition.
