Countryside Veterinary Clinic

6 years ago, I called Countryside Veternary Clinic asking for help with how to deal with my dying cat. It was my first pet ever in my life, and the lady on the phone was the most patient and caring person, talking me through the steps and just genuinely caring. 4 years ago, I had to put my dog down, and again, the most genuine and caring people were there to help me through that time. And sadly, today, I had to put down my last pet. Even though none of my animals has ever been to this vet clinic, they took me in when I was hurting the most with the loss of my pets, and helped me through each step. Thank you for being so caring towards animals that were never in your care.

Please do your pet a favor and take them here. I drive from Downers Grove because I am so impressed with Countryside. My pup has has an autoimmune problem and they solved it right away (after several vets in my area couldn’t). I also have many friends from Naperville that go here too. You simply won’t find better doctors that care and accommodate both your regular and emergency needs!

The vet that saw my dog was extremely knowledgeable. I had my dog's records (from Jan 1st ) faxed to Countryside, and the vet was very well versed in my dog's ongoing medical concerns over the years. I took my dog to Countryside for a fresh set of eyes regarding ongoing medical concerns. My dog will be 18 on July 4. I was very pleased with our visit. Although the Vet knew of my dog's extensive heath record, that didn't stop her from listening to my concerns to understand what I was saying, rather than just responding. To me, that's a hugh difference. I already have additional appointments set up. All positives at Countryside Vet. Clinic in Yorkville IL. Staff was terrific too!!

The staff made a tough experience of putting our sweet dog down as gentle as possible for us all ,we were heartbroken and they were so kind❤

Countryside truly cares for my pet, including the doctors, technicians, and receptionists. They know me and my pets. They provide a high level of care without making you feel guilty if you choose not to do a test or procedure. They kept my 15 year old dog healthy and happy and are now doing the same for my 2 year old puppy. My son even uses them for his kitten!

I have had nothing but incredible experiences with Countryside from the moment they first saw him for having fleas to helping him with his last moments earth-side. The staff is kind and compassionate and they truly treat you and your fur babies like family. Thank you Countryside staff for being such a comfort to our family and our beloved pets. We are so grateful for you all.

Took good care of my dog's emergency surgery. The staff are absolutely cordial!

Countryside has the best staff. They take very good care of my Yorkie, Nala. I trust them 100% with her and they are always so kind to me. They are the best. If you want the best care for your fur babies, Countryside is the place to go. I love them!

They took excellent care of our family dog. She (a rescue) is terrified of pretty much everything still but was very calm for the staff and came back out relaxed and happy with her tail up.

The staff is very helpful over the phone too, call if you have any questions.

I have had other perfectly good vets with caring staff but Countryside really made me feel secure with my new dog.

Friendly staff and doctors. Appointment is on time and doctors are very knowledgeable and answer all my questions.

I recently adopted a my dog and I took her to Countryside. She is a bit timid and I noticed it seemed like she had a small tumor. Countryside took amazing care of her and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit. The staff that helped me were also incredibly kind and truly seemed to care about my dog. As a new client, admission was very quick and easy. Everyone was friendly and made sure I was taken care of completely. Everyone was patient, informative and genuinely cared about helping my pet feel better. The person that initially answered my phone call made sure to help me find an appointment asap which I greatly appreciated! I will highly recommend this location!

This place takes the absolute best care of our pets and family and I cannot say enough positive things about them. Everyone at the desk is always SO wonderful and docs are thorough and kind. We have a dog that needs special attention and they allow her to go in through the side door so she isn’t distracted by any other animals. Also, their Covid policies make me feel so comfortable and safe, everything is done without you leaving your car. Even though we’re new to Countyside Veterinarians everyone treated us as though we’d been going there for a long time. They treated our 2 scared rescue kittens gently, to not add to their anxiety. It’s obvious they love their work & the animals they treat.

Great doctor he helped my puppy in an emergency they were able to get me in . The staff is very friendly and the doctor is very knowledgeable. I would visit again .
