Yorkville Animal Hospital

This is a very well run animal hospital and the building itself is great. All of the employees are friendly and excellent with animals. Our dog sees Dr. Jason Long. Dr. Long is consistently courteous, humble and friendly. His bedside manner is fantastic and he always takes time to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend Yorkville Animal Hospital to family and friends.

Always happy with our appointments here. The staff, techs, and doctors have all been great. The doctors take the time to discuss your concerns. Never had a bad experience.

Everything was perfect. We were seen right away due to a cancelation when my dog broke a nail down into the foot. The tech and the doctor were friendly, helpful, sympathetic and fast to treat her. Overall, a great experience. We have been coming to YAH since they opened, and could not be happier with the care for our dogs.

My 3 dogs don’t mind going to see the vet at all, and that definitely says something. They like it because the staff are always excited to see them! It gets busy at times but they’re always quick and efficient!

Had to rush my Yorkie in for emergency surgery and they did an amazing job! Highly recommend this place..

I've brought our Dog and cat here for yrs. They've been so caring and helpful to us. Dr Fourez was so caring, Saturday when we had to send our dog (Energy over the Rainbow bridge). Thanks for making it peaceful. I will always be grateful 🥲.

U of I emergency vet care wouldn’t do our dogs emergency spay right away so we took her to Yorkville Animal Hospital. She was checked in right away and her surgery was done that same day. They were absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend them!

Yorkville Animal Hospital is a hospital I will definitely recommend to anyone. They took great care of my Dog Luna . The vet communicated with me and explained everything for her surgery , and the price was very reasonable compared to other hospitals. Luna is doing great and almost recovered. Took our cat here after another facility told us she was stressed and would be fine. So glad we did. Docs did a thorough exam, ran a few tests and got her on some antibiotics. She's all set now and all said and done we spent about $300. They took great care of us!

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VET.
My fiance and I use the vets at this hospital and the boarding/grooming. Yes, some aspects of the hospital are pricier than others... but like, would you go to a back street alley for your kids or yourself? No. Our dogs are our kids at the moment and I want good care and love for them.

We LOVE our vet! Dr. Jami is AMAZING and so good with our dogs.

We have one with social anxiety that is skiddish around people more than dogs and one who is more for the people and not so much dogs. The receptionists and lovely ladies who get our dogs set for boarding are actual rock stars. They remember us (our pups) by name and are always SO good with both Opal and Flynn. We are NEVER worried boarding them here.

Our one dog also gets groomed by Frank, and he always does such a good job and listens well to what we ask for that time.

Absolutely amazing experience with this place. They took their time with me and my pippy to answer all my questions, address my concerns, and give my puppy a thorough check-up. I am a first-time puppy owner, and the original vet's office that I visited was more interested in my money and getting me out the door as quick as possible, rather than educating me or helping my pet. I'm so happy to say that Yorkville Animal Hospital will be my primary vet's office from here on out. Doctor and receptionists were very helpful, caring, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job caring for my puppy, giving her excellent care, and making her feel comfortable. I highly recommend Yorkville Animal Hospital to anyone reading this.

Been coming here for about two years since we moved to the area. This last fall we unfortunately lost both our older dogs, and the whole staff was so kind and courteous through the whole end of life process. I wish Oswego Animal Hospital was worked/staffed/trained like this establishment. Had I known I would have come over to them many years ago.

Absolutely wonderful every Dr that I have ever experienced there has always been so amazing to my frenchie as well as my lab 🩵 couldn't ask for better staff and DRS! The girls up in front are always so welcoming and wonderful too 💕

I needed to take my cat in somewhere quickly as she had ripped her nail pretty badly. I called a few places and they were booked for over a month! I saw that Yorkville Animal Hopsital has walk in appointments mon-fri so we decided to go there. Everyone at the front desk was very nice and helpful and we saw Dr. Murray who handled my cat wonderfully! We were very impressed with the care. My Mom was with me and she is going to be bringing her dog there for the future. Both of us highly recommend Yorkville Animal Hospital! They have an amazing Manager, Lisa, as well.
I forgot to add… my cat has extreme anxiety and another clinic always sedates her. I was so happy that they could handle my cat and didn’t need to sedate her. That’s a huge plus!

Nala loves coming in here to get a nail trim. She also has beautiful eyes because they did her surgery 3 yrs ago. Her eyelids rolled inward, causing her to be blind, then she could see. We love them!! First pic is after.. 2nd is before..

We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, so we are talking with the Animal Hospital at least once a week. Everyone is very nice and accommodating for our many needs, and so glad they’re close!

Staff is very knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions in a timely and professional manner. They always take great care of my pets and you can tell how passionate they are about what they all do!

Took my dog here for an emergency visit. It took a while to be seen, but expected. They cared for her issue without it costing an outrageous amount. The Vet we saw was kind and gave us a couple of reasonable options for treatment.
