Went To Pick Up A New Fob For My Ford Escape. They Were Having Trouble Getting The Fob To Lock My Car. Took About 20 Minutes To Figure It Out But They Kept Working On The Problem Intill They Found A Solution!! Very Good Customer Service From The Parts Department!! Highly Recommend 🚘

I recently moved into the area and I went here for the first - and probably last - time this morning. I was told that they won’t honor my Ford preventative maintenance plan and the service writer at the counter went into an explanation of how they pay their techs more than other dealerships because they’re a union shop and Ford doesn’t pay enough for locations like theirs who don’t have low wage hourly workers in the quicklube. I’m obviously not going to pay for services I’ve already prepaid Ford for, and if they’re not going to honor Ford service contracts they should remove the “Ford Service” signs and be an independent service shop. I have filed a formal complaint with Ford Customer service. The rep at Ford Customer Service is even escalating it to his manager because the rep called the dealership and their manager told him the same as I was told and their solution was to tell me to drive to a different dealer about 20 min further away. A dealership’s issues with their manufacturer and how much they contractually get paid shouldn’t be a customer’s problem.
