We had one problem with on of our large orders. It was a mix up in there production department. When we received the shipment, we noticed that they had put "Baseball" on all our garments, instead of "Softball". So I called my rep, Connor and he looked it over and got us all straightened out and rushed the new, corrected order and still had the garments before we needed them.

Quality and pricing of our uniforms and outer wear is great and fantastic customer service to go along with it!! We will continue to do all our uniform/outer wear ordering from Boombah for these reasons!!

I cannot say enough good things about Boombah and specifically our Sales Rep, Connor Rennels. Connor is incredibly easy to work with, helps along the entire process, and is always responsive. We have ordered everything for our travel baseball team from full custom uniforms, to bat bags, helmets, batting gloves, apparel, shoes, and accessories. Everything is top notch quality and is priced very well considering the quality of the products. Our custom orders have always turned out fantastic and were fulfilled extremely quickly. First time using Boombah products and so far so good. We had ordered 24 jerseys and 24 pants, they look great. However we had an issue with one of the jerseys. I contacted Boombah and the issue was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Very happy with the customer service. My son also purchased a complete set of new Boombah catchers gear and a roller bag. He loves them. The equipment seems to be of good quality we will see how holds up. From what I have read if it is anything like the roller bags it will be just fine.

Boombah has been an excellent source of Uniforms for our youth sport organization. The Macktown Warriors Youth Football program has used Boombah for (3) seasons. We have used a variety of products, from uniform tops, hats, coaches polo's, pull-overs and shoes. Each year there selection and pricing continues to outpace any competition. Our salesman, Anthony Alonzo has bent over backwards since day one to assist in all our needs. His attention to detail and communication is beyond a five star rating. Quite simply, Boombah is the Best in the industry!

Naphtali (Natalie) Peinado - has been amazing to work with over the last season and looking forward to working with her this season. She answers any questions I may have and knows her products and how to work with the custom team. Her customer service is outstanding!

The baseball team has enjoyed custom jerseys, sweatshirts and bags. The quality of the shirts and sweatshirts have worn well. The parents and the kids love them.

Shipping times on custom items have been reasonable and within the given time that Natalie has provided us. On non custom items the shipping time has been very quick even in a pandemic.

Everything is not always perfect but Natalie took care of a missing face shield from shipment and a broken wheel (mid season) on a beast bag with a new custom bag. She quickly handled both situations.

I have been buying my softball uniforms, coaches apparel, bat bags, and buckets from Boombah for the past 7 years. Each year I purchase I am more impressed on how how many different options they have and the cost is very reasonable compared to other companies. I believe Boombah has better quality in the material compared to other uniforms I have bought. My players love the feel of the uniform and I like how my team looks in them. The customer service has been awesome. I have been with the same rep for several years now she makes everything so easy. Tricia Vida is a very good rep I highly recommend her she has very good customer service skills. Tricia is very patient with me even with all my mistakes she has made it work in the best interest of our softball program. I had a couple of the Boombah bags zippers that weren't functioning I they shipped me a new one within a week. I will continue to buy Boombah products especially their uniforms because they look great and their customer service has been the best at making me feel my business is important to them. Boombah makes great quality uniforms and the customer service has been really great to deal with. My customer service rep Anthony Alonzo made routine check ins to make sure that the whole process went smoothly and when an issue came up on my end of the business transaction...Anthony made sure that it was resolved even though it was no fault on their end. Great company to do business with. We will keep ordering our softball organizations uniforms through Anthony.

I've been using Boombah for all my Slowpitch Softball equipment needs for years. The quality and price of all of their products is second to none. The customer service level they provide from start to finish on custom jobs is nothing short of amazing also. I worked with a gentleman named Derek this go around and he had by far the best level of customer service and attitude I have ever encountered with an online purchase.

First time using Boombah for my travel baseball team and they did not disappoint. It's really cool how detailed you can design your uniforms down to the stitching. The uniforms, hooded sweatshirts, bat bags, and hats were a huge hit with the players and parents.

Update:
Used Boombah again this season for our Uniforms and Travel Gear. Anthony Alonzo was awesome to work with again. He is quick to respond, gives great feedback, sends samples for sizing, helps with design, fantastic customer service. He definitely helped us make the right decisions for our program. I am a happy customer again and look forward to working with Boombah in the future, as well!

Anthony Alonzo helped our Minooka Basketball program out a ton this past season. He was able to set us up with some sweet new reversible uniforms and shooting shirts. He was in constant communication with us and it was a very smooth process, would recommend using Boombah and specifically working with Anthony Alonzo.

Our experience as a league that had 8 teams ordering uniforms and other baseball gear for the upcoming season has been a tremendous experience with Natalie as our lead contact.
